We had a wonderful time. The property is way over priced, in our opinion, compared to other properties around us, after asking other people what they paid. The place is older and could use a little TLC, but overall, convenient and a nice get away. I really have no negative comments.

The kitchen is very well stocked. Closet size very small and musty smells. Could not locate half bath (property listed having 2 1/2 baths). Overall we enjoyed our stay. Older property but comfortable.

This is the first time I rented a house right on the beach and it did not disappoint. Was wonderful to sleep hearing the ocean and wake up see the sunrise. The porch was huge had comfortable chairs. For a smaller home, was impressed the main area lived large. we were able to host big family dinner. Table seating for at least eight and the kitchen stocked with absolutely everything we needed for multiple meals. Would definitely rent again!

We had an amazing stay at Somewhere On A Beach! My husband and I stayed here with our black lab. Very dog friendly home and area!The home is a super cute beach house with three big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. We loved the outdoor space! Great covered patio for coffee in the morning! Beach access right off the porch. And there was even a dog wash station that was so convenient! The space was perfect for us. Well stocked kitchen, updated appliances. The home is also in a great location! It was nice and quiet on this part of the island. We were within 10 minute golf cart ride or car ride to several breweries, restaurants. We had an amazing trip and hope to stay here again!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here with our two dogs. The beachfront location is great, and the local seafood markets have great local options. Great place to stay for a relaxing getaway!

Good Trip

Really enjoyed Somewhere on a Beach! House and location are great. Communication from iTrip was very good. May want to check the right side of the roof; it looks like some of the siding has come off where the roof and the siding come together. Doesn't seem to affect the house as of now but just something I noticed outside. About half way on the right side of the house if you are standing at the road.

We had a nice stay at Somewhere on the beach home. It was clean and had great views and access to the ocean. We would recommend upgrading the two chairs in the living room soon to the owners as they were a bit wobbly. :) The house was well stocked with pretty much all you need in the kitchen. Plenty of beach chairs and games as well. Would stay again.

Great place right in the beach!

The place was great, and we had a great stay. It was a little windy while we were there, so having the deck was really nice. Had some great local seafood too. Would stay there again!

We go to the beach to be "on the beach". This property is as close as we have ever found. All the rest is just icing on the cake. Kitchen was better than advertised - more utensils than most chefs. Perhaps the best part is the "totally covered deck" area. I spent morning, noon and evening there listening to the sound of the ocean. For the sun lovers, those two deck chairs outside the porch were always occupied. All in all it was an 11!!

We were looking for a pet friendly, ocean front home and this one happened to be available. We read the reviews and were a little concerned about the cleanliness. While I don’t think it was as bad as some of the reviews indicated, I agree it needs a thorough cleaning. The walls were dirty. The quilts in 2 of the rooms need replacing. For the good…the location is great. We loved being able to access the beach so easily. We loved the covered back porch and the elevated seating that offered a view of the ocean, as well as the sea oats and dunes. The kitchen was stocked generously with pots and pans and they had a Keurig and a standard drip coffee machine. The property manager had a goodie bag with extra toiletries and dish soap as well as clothes detergent. The master bedroom shower was very small, but WOW….the pressure of the water was amazing! Overall, I would recommend, particularly for a young family with a pet.

Relaxing beach trip

Wonderful Vacation Stay!

We had the absolute best experience and stay at Somewhere On The Beach. The location is perfect, the home was stocked and very clean, and we received great service and quick response time on anything we needed. Would highly recommend and hope to maybe stay here again for future vacations!

Reminded me of Vacation in my youth!

This was a most relaxing vacation home to stay in. Easy walk to the beach. This time of the year was very peaceful, not crowded at all. Wonderful restaurants in the area. If I’m back in the area again will definitely check on availability!Terri
