Magnificent Views from the Top-Floor Summit Condo - Great for Families !

This delightful condo with the best sunrise and sunset views at Snowshoe offers 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed. With 2 bathrooms and a cozy living room with a sofabed, guests will feel right at home. The condo is located very close to the Village center. Imagine waking up in this amazing and serene space, ready to explore all that Snowshoe has to offer. After a busy day of skiing, come back to cook a meal in a fully-equipped kitchen for a gourmet meal. It is our family's vacation home that we are sharing with special guests!

For your information, Snowshoe Resort is an "upside-down ski resort" with the lodging on top and lifts beginning from the mountaintop (elevation of 4848' with 251 acres of ski-able terrain). Snowshoe was once described as "an island in the sky." When you watch the morning fog settling at the base of the mountains, you will understand what it had this description. It is as if you on an island.

Great stay at Snowshoe. The condo had all amenities our family needed for a comfortable stay. Note that there is a set of stairs you'll walk up to go up to the slopes/village or there is also a shuttle service that was willing to pick up those in our party that didn't want to walk. Host was responsive to all questions ahead of the stay and accommodating to us as we travelled in during a heavy winter storm. Thank you for allowing our family to stay.

This house was perfect for our annual friend boarding trip. Second time coming to Snowshoe and it was a great location if you canā€™t get ski in//ski out. The shuttle bus was extremely helpful for those late nights coming back. Only thing we would suggest is a bigger trash can. Iā€™m assuming it is to not take up too much space but it made it difficult to fill the bags up without taking them up prior to filling.

View from the balcony was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. Place was very cozy and comfortable, great for our family vacation. Would definitely highly recommend!

Good location, nice hosts

As the title states, the location of the condo was very close to the slopes, and the hosts were friendly, helpful, and had good communication. Upon arrival, after driving with my family for 8 hours, we arrived and the kidā€™s bunk beds had not been made. That was not a very pleasant way to begin our trip, while I was trying to get them to sleep, unpack the car in freezing conditions, all while exhausted. There were several kitchen tools that were not clean, and the dishwasher was full of clean dishes that had not been put away. We did our best to follow the check out rules, but I canā€™t imagine how the cleaning bill could be so high after what we were directed to do upon checkout vs the way we found the place when we arrived.

Having been a homeowner at Snowshoe, we had a lot of expectations. We were really pleased with our Summit Condo. Kei is an exceptional hostess and we had everything we needed before during and after our trip. Will be back!

Fantastic Vacation!

Our family had a fabulous stay at this condo. We enjoyed a few days on the slopes, some fresh powder, pretty sunrises/sunsets, and wonderful family time. The condo is close to the Village and slopes, fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was superb. She was most accommodating and kind. We look forward to another visit next year.

Family Ski Trip

We really enjoyed our ski trip to Snow Shoe! We stayed for 4 nights. The condo was VERY well stocked! It was laid out perfectly to suit our family of 4. The sunset view is spectacular! The hosts are EXTREMELY kind and responsive. We highly recommend this condo and hope to stay there again one day!!

Great Ski Lodging

We had a wonderful time staying at the Summit which was right across the street from the village. The unit was a perfect little skiers respite with a homey feel, lots of board games, and plenty of room for the family (and gear). Our host Ki was sweet and responsive when we had a couple of questions. I definitely recommend.

Amazing sunsets and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property for our long weekend at Snowshoe with family and friends. Lodging was clean upon arrival and was within walking distance to the slopes, or could use the free, and short, van ride for transportation. Amazing sunsets which varied each evening. Easy check in and check out process, and great communication with the owners!

Loved the view and convenience!

Myself with 4 close friends shared the property for a long weekend and enjoyed it very much. The condo was a good size and well equipped. We all loved the sunset view from the deck/windows. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Location!!

We really enjoyed staying at this cozy, well-stocked condo that was very convenient to the slopes, the Village, and parking. Our only regret was not booking it for more nights! Our family of five had plenty of room and we really appreciated the good communication from the owners. Highly recommend this condo!!

Perfect for a family or small group

Wonderful condo. Amazing view and balcony. Plenty of space. Had everything we needed at the condo and more, including kitchen supplies, games, books, and kids toys. Close to kids and adult ski school check, lockers and slopes. Easy walking distance to village, small grocery, and pizza and gelato. Parking right in front of condo. One flight of stairs to unit. Owners are thoughtful and helpful. Perfect vacation.

One of the best places to stay in Snowshoe

This condo was the perfect place for our family. It had plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, amazing views, and free parking! If you have been to Snowshoe, you may know how valuable it is to get parking with your lodging. I highly recommend it!

Perfect for first time visitors to Snowshoe

I would be remiss if I didn't begin this review with a rave review of the owner, Kei! She was incredibly responsive to all our questions (there were many). Best yet, she was more than accommodating to the last-minute travel plan changes we had to make in response to bad weather! The views from this condo are incredible, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the fireplace was cozy and inviting, plenty of bath towels, and the wifi worked exceptionally well. Given that Verizon cell service is non-existent in this part of the state, having good wifi was a must for our group. The last thing I'd mention is that some reviewers comment on the stairs--I walked up these stairs every day to go skiing from Expedition Station and I did not think they were difficult at all. Certainly not something that would keep me from booking this condo again for a ski holiday!! Stay here, you won't regret it.

Easy and comfortable stay!

The property was just what we were looking for! No need to move the car for the entire weekend - the slopes are a 5 min walk away. The condo was roomy enough for family time together and for the teens to retreat to have some of their own space. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget you could need and the pantry closet with some "spares" was so helpful when we discovered we forgot syrup, salt, etc. Grocery shopping isn't convenient up there so not having to trek out in the snow for those little things was very much appreciated. The check-in process was easy, the property manager was responsive when we discovered we needed TP and the owners were gracious (and spot on) with advice and directions getting to the property. Overall, the property was perfect for a great family weekend!

Beautiful views

Our stay was perfect with my family. We have stayed in the summit before with its great location and proximity to the slopes (just a short walk) but nothing compares to the view of this property - we had snow and the scenery was beautiful the sunsets with snow were spectacular! Great time will remember always

Convenient Stay Near The Village

This place comfortably fit our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Located up the stairs and across the street from The Village, it is a convenient 5 minute walk to and from the slopes, restaurants, and shops. We were able to prepare multiple meals with the fully equipped kitchen. The heaters and fireplace provide more than enough heat to stay warm, and the view from the balcony is stunning. Highly recommended!

Snow much fun!

The property was great for us. The views were amazing and the skiing was great. We walked up the steps each day with our ski boots on so we got in some extra exercise! Great location near the Village!
