This stunning property offers breathtaking panoramic views of the water and sunrise. The main level features a King Suite with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with twin beds, a shared full bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room with a flat-screen TV. Step outside onto the main level deck, furnished with table and chairs. The loft includes an additional King bed, a Twin bed with a trundle, an entertainment center, and access to a spacious upper level deck to take in the view.

WANT TO BRING YOUR BOAT? NO PROBLEM! Courtesy docks are located just steps away from your unit. There are also many marinas to rent from so you can enjoy the sights and fun on the lake. There are at least 10 restaurants that you can boat to! The resort offers an offloading ramp and empty trailer storage during your stay for a fee if you register online for a decal. FISHING: Smith Mountain Lake offers excellent fishing for bass, catfish and striped bass. If you are new to the area, I suggest booking a half-day fishing charter, though they tend to fill up quickly so book this in advance. You can also fish from the shore or the courtesy docks when they are not in use by boats. According to VA law, anyone 16years or older must purchase a fishing license online.

DINING: Napoli by the Lake is an outstanding and highly rated restaurant within walking distance making this a 'must-visit'. Reservations are strongly recommended.

NEARBY: 8 miles to Westlake Shopping area with Kroger, CVS, movie theater, restaurants, bait shop, and more. Bridgewater Plaza is approximately 5 minutes further and has several restaurants, surf shop, ice cream, pizza, kids zone, mini golf and "Feed the Fish" where you can hand feed dozens of large carp. There is a local alpaca farm, Booker T. Washington historic site, and the World War II Memorial in Bedford and more to visit. There is a public golf course at Westlake also!

Please plan to respect neighbors who are full time residents and follow Property Association rules. No excessive noise after 10pm, no towels hanging from balcony railings, no parties or formal events, no pets, no fireworks and no tents can be erected in the yards. You are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of your children at all times. While the condo is equipped for comfort, there is a spiral staircase and balconies that require supervision.
