House was great and just like it was advertised. Hot tub wasn’t working the day we got there, reached out to the property manager, and it was up and going the next day. Great communication throughout the entire process from booking to final review. Like most properties make sure you bring extra essential- paper towels, TP, foil, things like that. Only draw back were the 2 flights of stairs to get into the cabin. Couldn’t park behind the cabin bc those were reserved for the cabins behind this one. Wasn’t too bad for my family with 3 kids (6-12), but it would be tough for elderly family members. That is the only draw back, but not enough for us not to stay at the property again.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay ! A definite perk was a kitchen that had all of the basics to help cook meals when everywhere in town had a crazy wait time. Was definitely impressed when we wanted to grill out and the propane tank needed to be switched out since it was empty, called the property manager and it was switched out within an hour so we could enjoy the weather and grill out for dinner !

There are 32 stairs between where you park and the door of the cabin - no where on the listing mentions this. Not private at all. No real Mountain View’s.

The photos do clearly reveal that there are steps leading to the front porch, and that the cabin is enhanced with shade trees. Our records reveal that we did not receive a service call or communication from you during your visit. Our staff would have responded quickly to your concerns. low lighting at night inside the home, no dish liquid, dryer did not work, tv was messed up in one of the rooms, no hose to fill up hot tub but overall 4/5 rating because it was clean and in a nice spot close to pigeon forge and other areas

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

We truly enjoyed our trip and had a great Thanksgiving! We loved that we could take our dog with us. We really enjoyed being able to relax in the hot tub and just unwind! I loved that the house had up some holiday decorations and had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a greeting!

Location is great. Tucked away on a hillside but very close to Sevierville. This is the biggest plus for this property. This cabin is very dated, which would be okay if it were clean. There were asian beetles everywhere (inside) and they had been there a while. Someone’s package from FedEx sat on the porch, the hot tub was low, and there was a layer of dust on everything. There was a moldy keurig capsule in the coffee maker, the blow dryer wouldn’t blow hot (or warm), the skillet handle turned so contents dumped out, and the towels were worn thin. I wanted to give this place a great review but there were too many negatives. It wouldn’t take much to make this place fabulous. Sofa seemed new as did the bedspreads and refrigerator so maybe improvements are happening. I hope so.
