Lower level Duplex unit with Hot Tub, Grill, Swings and leather furniture. Your stay awaits with comfort and enjoyment on 5+ acres of land located just 1 mile from Parkway. Close to shops, restaurants and stores.

ADA accessible with ramp and 36" doors

Three king bedrooms with Smart Tvs.

We offer pack and play and high chair.

Tree swing on the 5 acres as well as private hot tub. We also have a table and BBQ Grill.

Holidays require 3 night minimums.

Comes see why we fell in love with the wooded acre home. It is a lower level home and ceiling is double insulated but some noise may be heard. You have your own dedicated entrance and private hot tub and grill.

The place was nice. When we booked we didn’t realize it was a duplex. I wish that was on the first line of the description. The upstairs neighbors were very noisy. They were up stomping & a kid running around before 7am every morning. I understand the host cannot do much to control that however we reached out to them about the noise & never got a response back. Over all, the home itself was nice.

Birthday trip in the smokies

The place was nice but definitely would need more toilet paper instead of two rolls it could have more than 3 rolls other than that nice stay.

Christmas Vacation

We loved our stay. Everything we wanted and or needed to enjoy our stay was provided. The location was awesome close enough to all the attractions and stuff but far enough away to avoid a lot of the traffic. The only thing I didn’t realize was it was the bottom floor of a house not the whole house until they sent me check in information but it was big enough for everyone to enjoy our stay

Short stay. It very nice

Absolutely loved staying here. It was close enough to everything but still away from everything. Only suggestion is better lighting outside at night. It was kind of creepy for this city girl at night walking the dog. But the house was just as advertised and the beds were ohhhh sooooo comfortable. Will definitely look into staying here again.

Great time!

Overall had a great time! Nice area but is pretty small! Would rent the property again but would have probably rented the top portion out if we had realized it was a split level. We had issues with the hot tub warming but wasn’t a big problem for us since we didn’t use it much! Property owners were very quick to get back to us and have someone come look at it

This was a time for me to take a break from work and life in general. I only live an hour away, but this home was everything I needed! I don't get these getaways very often, so it was great!! I stayed in the lower level of the home and it was very clean and very updated! Definately worth it!

Family time away!

We live in Knoxville so we are very familiar with the area but this little gem is one of the best spots I’ve stayed at in sevierville! So close to everything Sevierville has to offer yet so off and private. If you enjoy just sitting outside at night by a fire this is the place for you to stay and relax and unwind from reality! This was myself and husband and our 4 kids for our sons 6th birthday, they had a high chair and pack and play most definitely a family place. We are looking forward to next year to come back!!

Short stay

Location was good and accessible for many places. I don’t like that you can hear everything from the upstairs duplex. A family with young children were staying above us during our stay and the little ones would run around all night stomping . As a parent I get it but as a family on vacation that wasn’t pleasant and made it hard to sleep.

Awkward setup

For accommodating 8 people there was only one bathroom, not enough toilet paper stocked, and the renters that live upstairs you could hear walking around early in the morning. The outside patio was kinda cluttered. When the owner was asked if we could extend our check out time he said he would only give us one extra hour for 25.00 extra. That is just to add another housekeeper which would not be needed for an extra hour.

Dollywood trip

There were six of us so having three bedrooms with king beds was very helpful. Place is very small but had all we needed for a one night stay. Does seem over priced especially having residents above us whose every move was heard. We went to sleep when they did and got up when they did due to the noise. Host was respo sive and provided clear directions and instructions.

When we walked in we could smell an overwhelming smell of mildew. There was 2 seperate occasions we seen a rodent run through the living room and kitchen area. There was mold on the ice maker in the refrigerator. It was just a very poorly maintained and we would never rent again.

Mountain Acres

This property is in a great location, close enough to everything in town, but still far away enough to feel secluded! Managers were easy to talk to and responded quickly. It was perfect size and well maintained, however the title and picture of the swing was deceiving as there was no swing outside. We noticed a few mold spots, in the washing machine and on the ice dispenser on the fridge. Nothing huge but very noticeable. There might be a spider problem, as we had to kill several spiders, but also understood we were in the mountains in a basement, so this would be a common occurrence anywhere. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size, we would recommend this place!

Bottom half and top half are two separate units

I wasn’t aware of the fact that we would be staying in the bottom half of the unit. It was not listed and I noticed other people said the same thing in the reviews. However I didn’t notice until after my stay. Overall, before the renters above got there, our unit was great. We had no issues. I just wish there would have been a description about the top unit. They were very loud and unpleasant. I did not enjoy my stay when they were there.

Found bugs in the kitchen smelled like mold there was mold in the bathroom shower curtain starting to fall and we were not told that we were going to be a basement with renters on the top until it was paid in full !! They renter had a lould party we left a day early couldnt even hear in the house it was so bad......

Decent stay

I gave 4 stars due to some minor issues that didn't effect our stay but could've made it better. Please make sure you're aware this is A downstairs unit and you will hear everything if there are people upstairs! A few things that would've improved our stay, a broom and a mop for some reason there were 2 brooms, no mop. The outside outlet the hot tub plugs into is loose, one little bump will cut the power. There is no lock on the bedroom door on the right, and the bathroom door is coming apart at the top. Like I said these things didn't effect our stay but do need pointed out for maintenance. Otherwise this was A wonderful stay and we'd definitely book with these hosts again!

My husband & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the hot tub. We love to go to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just a few miles from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love being in the natural wonder around the home. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are close to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
