Great RENOVATED Beach Place 2 Bedroom-2 Bath Unit RIGHT next to Beach/Johns Pass

Our 2BR at Beach Place Resorts (at John's Pass) is available along with our 3BR in the same complex!

We continue to be approved for rentals, during the pandemic!! Come stay at the beach!! Shops, restaurants and fun is still happening in Madiera Beach, Florida!

Newly renovated air-conditioned 2BR/2BA located on the gulf of Madeira Beach, FL, directly across from John's pass boardwalk, which features shops, restaurants and bars.

Condo features King size bed in the master and two Queen-sized beds in the guest room.

In early January 2021, were proud to unveil the new flooring throughout the entire unit, along with a completely remodeled Master Bath and updated guest bath! It looks amazing!!

Our 2nd story view from the balcony is of the bay. It is accessible from the family room, as well as, a private access from the Master Bedroom. It has a great view of the John's Pass bridge and harbor area. To keep you cool, we installed a new Deck Fan....the only ceiling fan of ANY bay facing unit! Enjoy!

Kitchen was completely remodeled a few years back. In 2020, we installed brand new appliances in the kitchen! We have Flat screens in all rooms: Family Room, Master Bedroom, & 2nd Bedroom. There is a DVD in Family Room, and Free WiFi throughout the Condo, as well as, the Pool area. We have ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as the new deck fan on the porch allows for extra air circulation and comfort wherever you are!

Heated pool located right next to the beach. Pool Area has been recently redone and looks great!

**No pets allowed** Sorry....bring the rest of your family though!!

It is a great condo and books quickly. Beach & John's Pass shops just a few yards away!

This unit books FAST and well in advance, so make sure you *contact Todd or Cheryl and get your reservation in!

PLEASE NOTE:
From January to April, we prefer to rent this unit as a minimum of 7-14 days (same as Beach Place), and give extra discounts on the 14-day or one month + stays. Same is true for holidays.

Great vacation

Had a great time, shopping a Johns Pass was nice to be able to walk across the street! Nice, updated and clean condo. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends!

Amazing location

This condo was absolutely the best location! We loved the close proximity to the beach and heated pool. Having a room with two queen beds was perfect for our family. The listing said it had ceiling fans and there weren’t. There was a fan in the master closet. The couch seemed new and that was a happy surprise.

We have stayed at Beach Place Condos multiple times. This is the most updated place by far.

We had a business trip to Tampa and added Beach Place before we needed to go to Tampa. We love John’s Pass. This is a perfect place and so glad to know that we can book for a few nights instead of a whole week.

Great location for food and beach

I stayed at this condo unit with my wife 9 month old daughter and two friends. The condo was very spacious and the furniture/bathrooms/kitchen were all recently updated. This property is located directly across from several restaurants and is in a great spot on the beach. Great for families. Loved our stay and would stay again.

Highly Recommend Beach Place

We had a fantastic time at Beach Place! This condo is extremely spacious! We had so much room for our family of 6. It has everything you can possibly need making your stay easy and comfortable. We will definitely be back!!!

Location, location, location!

We came here for a birthday trip and had a fantastic time. The location of the condo is amazing. You can walk to everything… Restaurants, bars, activities, boating, fishing, etc. Miles and miles of beautiful, white sand beaches! And the water is sooo warm on the gulf. The condo was wonderful! Clean and well stocked. It even had beach chairs.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was nice and clean. Right on the beach, pool is a little small. Our only complaint was the elevator was very slow, they need two of them per building at this location.

Perfect place for a family

We spent a week in this unit and could not have been happier. We have 4 kids, so having a safe feeling place that had a beach and a pool were very important. We really never would have needed to drive once we got that because of all the dining options over at John's pass. (try the lobster rolls over at the Boardwalk Grill). This was our second year staying here and we will definitely be back.

Weekend Getaway

The property was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. We had a late check-in and the directions provided were clearly described and we had no problems. The property is in close proximity to several great restaurants and shopping areas. Looking forward to visiting the property again very soon.

Nice condo

The condo was perfect and the location was great to the beach and Johns Pass. The only downfall was it is VERY noisy especially at night from the King bedroom due to the traffic racing across the bridge. If you are used to city traffic you would be fine but being from the country it definitely kept me awake. Condo was very clean and nice!

Vacation

Just like the description of the property. We were allowed to store our luggage until we checked in and also for our late flight home. We didn't get a car because everything we needed was right across the street.

Nicely Renovated Beach Condo

The condo was nicely renovated, beds were very comfortable and the property was right on the beach. The host was very responsive to the few minor issues. The only negative for me was the loud noise from the drivers as the building is very close to the overpass and a lot of people were revving their cars and making noise throughout the night. But I guess that comes with being close to the beach. Overall, a very nice stay.

A GREAT Father's Day

I stayed there with my wife and 2 kids for Father's Day weekend. It was a GREAT weekend. Spent most the time in the pool and on the Beach at Madiera. The condo is right by John's Pass and we enjoyed the pizza and ice cream after a few minutes walk. The condo is newly renovated and had some nice, new TVs and furniture. A great stay!! After the fun (heading back to Tampa)...we were able to catch a Ray's game with a ZZ Top and 3 Doors Down concert to boot. A Great place...and a good time. I WILL be back!!!

My husband had to keep reminding me that for the value the place was good. Beds were super soft!!! Sheets did not fit over mattress and topper! No fans so no air movement. We could hear the condo above us moving furniture continuously. The traffic from the bridge is really loud! Only 6 forks so we had to keep washing them. Very little glass wear. Not enough lighting in the living room to read at night, made you fall asleep so dark! Nightstand had crumbs on it when we got there. The pictures did not match the place for example, coffee pot different, couch different. Porch furniture needs to be replaced. The whole place needs to be painted. Do love the location! Size was great!

Thanksgiving on the Beach

Condo was great, beds were great, location is close to everything and you could walk right under the bridge to St. John’s Pass or the opposite way to the beautiful beach. Did not use the pool. This is not like a hotel, no shampoos, soaps or anything. Kitchen has pans, plates, glass & utensils but no paper towels, or any food staples like salt or pepper. If you are going to cook you need absolutely every ingredient from the grocery store to prepare a meal. The condo is great, the general property it is in is just so, so…kind of old and wore out, lots of noise at night with kids and loud cars at the public beach parking lot next door getting chased off by police. Nothing threatening, just annoying, had to keep balcony closed at night to help block the loud mufflers and engine revving/screeching tires. Overall it was great (minus the noisy cars/kids.)

Although we love Colorado, you can't help nut enjoy the beach, so we bought a condo at John's Pass/Madiera Beach and have loved spending time here!

My wife and I have been married for over 26 years and have two great kids, Alexis and Marc. The rest of the family is AJ's rabbit (Thumper), our trustful pooch (Dakota), and his recently rescued brother, Homer the Brave.

We would love to have you down to have a stay at our unit and we know you will love it!

We are constantly updating the unit and making improvements for our guests to enjoy.
Plenty of room for you and your family or group of friends.
New beds, new TVS, pretty much new everything. *Newly installed flooring throughout completed in January 2021, along with updated & remodeled bathrooms. In 2019, we replaced all the kitchen appliances and all new bedroom sets in 2018 with a new deck fan (to keep you cooler on the balcony) late in the summer months.

Our unit is just a few feet away from the pool and beach.

Across street from a number of shops, restaurants, or bars....you won't need to drive anywhere.

It is a family owned unit that we treat as a home, which we rent out for other people to enjoy. Come relax!
