Spacious, including plenty of natural light, this 1,140 square foot property includes an updated kitchen, with granite countertops, and fully stocked with utensils. Enjoy meals around the kitchen table that seats up to six. The large living area has plenty of comfortable seating, flat screened television, and access to the balcony. Free Wifi Please note there is ONE parking spot only and no additional parking spots are available on Beach Place property.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom, located just off the living room, provides a king size bed, with plenty of dresser drawer space. The attached master bath has double sink, shower/tub. The second guestroom has two queen beds, making this a comfortable vacation retreat for up to six people. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free WiFi and one parking space is available with this rental.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and a 24 hour emergency on call person.
