• Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.

• Dogs are very welcome!
We know pets are part of the family and many guests love bringing them along for the adventure. There is a pet fee of $100 for up to 2 dogs and $50 for each additional dog to help cover the extra cleaning and maintenance involved. Unfortunately, we’re unable to allow cats due to allergies.

• The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests.
For groups over 6, there is an additional guest fee of $50 per person, per night. Please make sure your guest count is entered correctly when booking so pricing is accurate.

• For guest safety and property security, there is one outdoor camera facing the driveway.
There are absolutely no cameras inside the cabin or in private outdoor areas.

• If visiting during winter (November–March), please be prepared for mountain weather conditions. Snow and ice can arrive unexpectedly in the Poconos, so we strongly recommend warm clothing, proper footwear, and a vehicle equipped for winter driving such as AWD/4WD or snow tires.
