My home is located in the private gated, amenity filled community of Saw Creek Estates. This newly renovated home offers an open floor plan with a sunken living room a few steps down from the kitchen and dining area. Gather in the living room around the floor to ceiling wood burning stone fireplace, play games from our collection, or watch the 65” 4K smart TV. The floor to ceiling mountain viewing windows bring lots of natural light into the house. Look out and enjoy the beauty of nature, the wildlife and unobstructed panoramic mountain views right from the couch!

The deck can be accessed from the living room through the patio doors. It is on the south side of the house giving you unsurpassed mountain views.For your outdoor enjoyment there is a patio table, chairs and umbrella.There is also a gas grill if you would like to BBQ during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances,granite countertops,and a spacious work island with seating for two. There is one full bathroom with toilet, tub and rainhead shower. All linens and bath towels are provided.

There are three bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the living room. All beds are dressed with foam toppers for your comfort and the full size futon bed has a 10” memory foam mattress!! Both the master and the twin bedrooms have sliding patio doors that lead you out onto Juliette balconies.Take your morning coffee or evening glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets in this totally private and tranquil setting.

Smoke detectors/Co2 alarm, fire extinguisher, high speed WiFi, 2 smart 4k TV’s, a Blue ray DVD player and some board games are provided. In addition, we provide 6 amenity passes so that you may enjoy 2 indoor pools, 4 outdoor pools, 3 whirlpool spas, Racquetball and Basketball courts, 9 tennis courts, Restaurant, Ski Slope and so much more at Saw Creek Estates!


After booking this property there is mandatory rental paperwork that needs to be filled out and returned to me as well as a copy of the principal tenants drivers license or government issued id.
This is required for legal/compliance reasons.

In the rare event that the hot tub is not functioning, we offer a 25% refund on the nightly rate for each night that the hot tub is unavailable.

Outdoor Security Cameras- Camera on the front of the house overlooks the driveway. Ring doorbell at the front door/upper deck. Camera on tree faces the side yard. The Hot Tub is in the coverage area of this device. Rear camera covers under balcony storage. Cameras face away from the house.
Tampering with security cameras can result in a $300 Fine and/or Eviction from the premises with forfeiture of all monies paid.
