This 5 bedroom cape with updated kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and 3 full bathrooms, feels like the home you'd always dreamed of having. Within walking distance to downtown, central air, new spacious deck overlooking large backyard for kids to play, firepit, large dining table and personal touches throughout, you may never want to leave. The first floor offers 2 bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen and living room. Find the primary with ensuite and 2 more bedrooms and full bath on the second floor. The finished basement offers a huge tv and couch with plenty of space to spread out and relax or challenge loved ones to some foos ball!
Guests will have access to all parts of the house other than the locked storage room and office. Guests will also be able to utilize the heated garage but are asked to refrain from using any items in the garage including sporting equipment, bikes, tools, etc.
