This is the perfect vacation home for families. Located on 2 1/2 acres in historic Kittery Point, Maine, our property sits right on beautiful Sea. Point Beach. Enjoy spectacular ocean views of Maine's rugged coastline from virtually every room in the house. It features two master bedroom suites, sleeps 12 comfortably and has many entertaining and relaxing areas. The large screened porch is a perfect place to enjoy a meal, read, or snooze. Relax or sunbathe on the ocean front deck. Your family will love the open kitchen, dining room, and living room. All are generous spaces with beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding property. On clear days, you can see all the way out to the beautiful Isles of Shoals. There is a bonus room with a pull-out sofa, full bathroom and large screen television.

We built our home as a place to entertain our family and friends. It features the privacy and beauty of a remote location with easy accessibility to everything you need from the 'real world.' We are 10 minutes from historic Portsmouth, New Hampshire's historic harbor, unique restaurants, and shops. We're only 15 minutes from one of the largest retail outlet malls in the country, and a short, scenic drive from York, Maine, another not-to-be-missed location with its famous Long Sands Beach, Nubble Lighthouse, Amusement Park, and Petting Zoo. If you only want to relax, you never need to leave our property! You are only steps from Sea Point Beach with its constantly changing tides. Every walk on the beach is a new experience. Every time you look out the window, you will see a different coastline as the tides come and go.

Our home in Kittery Point is uniquely situated at the convergence of beautiful salt marshes, cool forests, and the ever-changing Atlantic seacoast. Whether you prefer to hike, kayak, swim, or just look out the window, you will not find a more beautiful location for your next vacation.

This was an amazing house in a fabulous location on the beach! The house was spacious and easily accommodated us six girlfriends. The kitchen was well stocked and modern. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck having drinks and loving the wonderful view! The location on Kittery Point was great, although a bit of a drive to get anywhere. We explored Portsmouth NH which was only15 minutes away. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this lovely house!

Great beachfront stay

Great dining room table, great experience cooking in the giant kitchen with all our family and friends. Clean rooms, lots of space to entertain and converse. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and platters, etc. Easy and Private access to the beach. Beautiful deck with ample seating. Plenty of private parking.

The location and the house were beautiful. The only drawback it was greenhead season so we didn't get to enjoy the beach like we hoped. Also, the kids couldn't go outside too much because of the mosquitoes. I never saw so many during the day so that made it less enjoyable. Just wished we could have enjoyed the yard. It will not stop us from going again though.

Beautiful Home perfect location

This home exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly spacious and well-maintained. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and had space to have “ alone time “ if needed. It was conveniently located, quick to get into Portsmouth and very close to other shopping in kittery. I would absolutely come back!!

Breathtaking Views

Spacious home in a great location. Plenty of room for our 3 generation family. Polar plunge , sledding and sitting by the beautiful fireplace have become family traditions as this is our fourth visit. Everyone wants to come back next winter!

Family gathering place

We loved the open plan of kitchen, dining and living room with the addition of the screened in porch and the front porch. Views are spectacular and it was easy for a variety of people to work in the large kitchen area. The house feels well loved and has a wonderful variety of sleeping options. The yard is beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit. The beach in front of the house has a lot of seaweed and some flies at times, but you can walk down a ways to access a better area. Overall this was a beautiful spot for a family gathering (ours had an age range from 2-81) with such natural beauty all around that you might not want to leave. Also for those who want York Beach vibe it's not far away. Hope to return next year.

Fall beach get away

The house created the perfect back drop and place to stay for us to have a weekend by the ocean! It was wonderful to catch up with friends on the deck or walk down and jump into the ocean steps from the back door before being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves each evening.

Lovely Family Retreat on Coast

We loved this home on Kittery Point. We had a large gathering of 10 family members and this beautiful home was spacious with the local beach steps away. We had planned to cook dinner five out of our seven night stay, and the large, open kitchen did not disappoint. Even the dining table accommodated sitting everyone! We will definitely rent this picturesque home again!

Nate and Stephanie were both born in Boston and spent portions of their summers on the Maine and New Hampshire seacoasts. They have a long family history that connects them to the area and they continue to spend as much time as possible there with their three teenage daughters.

This beautiful land has been in our family for generations. Our family has a long history both in Kittery and out on the historic Isles of Shoals. (The islands can be seen from our property.) We built our home here because we needed a larger space to entertain our large family and widening circle of east coast friends and because we cannot imagine a more beautiful place to spend our vacation time.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love our home because it has so many different, and flexible, spaces. Our teenage daughters like to entertain their friends in the Bonus Room. They can enjoy a movie, play games, or just have a private chat with their friends. . Our screened porch has double-paned glass doors separating it from the house. No matter what is going on in the house, the screened porch offers a peaceful place for a quiet conversation, The upstairs guest room has an adjoining door to a single bedroom. Doors can be locked or unlocked so as to create a mini suite for a family traveling with a young child. The ping pong table and foosball tables are in the basement which allows for fun competition without disturbing the rest of the house.
