Welcome to our charming mountain retreat nestled in the serene Pocono Mountains! Perfect for small groups and families seeking a cozy getaway; our home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere amidst breathtaking natural beauty. All the comforts of a home, including a fireplace and stunning panoramic views right from our sunroom. We are located near many popular Pocono Mountains attractions - about 20 mins from Camelback Mt., Kalahari, Great Wolf, Mt. Airy Casino, and much more.

Our home offers an open layout with a fireplace and a stunning sunroom with panoramic views of a Pennsylvania State Park.

Perfect for families, couples or small group trips. With 3 bedrooms offering two queen size beds and one bunk bed, this cozy home has everything you need to relax and unwind in the Pocono Mountains area.

Our home fits 4 adults and 2-4 kids comfortably but 2 more adults can be accommodated on an air mattress if requested at the time of booking.

All bedrooms and the living area have ceiling fans to keep you cool during summer months. However, our home is surrounded by many trees, so temperature is usually very comfortable, even in the summer months.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with all basic necessities, including children’s dinnerware and toddler chair. The living room has a gas fireplace, books and record player. We have a washer and dryer on the premises as well.

Our outdoor area offers a children's obstacle course, a grill and a picnic table to enjoy a summer barbecue. As well a gas fire pit and some Adirondack chairs to relax with a fire; maybe even make some s'mores.

Our driveway fits 3 cars max and no street parking is available. Please plan accordingly.

You will have private access to the entire home with the exception of a locked closet used by hosts. Parking for 3 cars and outdoor areas are also private.

Our Community Association (PCP) offers different recreational activities (pool, lake, kayaks, paddle-boats, playgrounds) opened from Memorial Day to Labor Day. These are not included in our listing but can be accessed for an additional fee (2024 prices are $12 per person/per day).

Keep in mind that to enter our community, you will need a valid driver's license and car registration. Information regarding check in will be provided to you prior to arrival.

Our HOA (PCP) requires a guest Registration Form which lists every guest entering the community. Upon booking, you will be asked to provide hosts with an email address so they can forward that registration form to PCP. This information must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to check-in and if received past this time, guests will be responsible for an additional $75 late processing fee.

Please make sure to observe the speed limit of 25 MPH when driving around our community. There are police on the grounds and they do give traffic violations for going over the speed limit. Guests are responsible for any violations given while on their stay.

Pet Policy - NO PETS ALLOWED: For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the most sanitary accommodations available, all pets are not permitted. In the event you bring a pet, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of US$500 per pet. The guests will also be charged for any stains or damage caused by pets.

Our home is located in a gated community, A Pocono Country Place (PCP). They require all renters to be registered to enter the community.

PCP offers 4 swimming pools, 2 lakes (one with beach access, both with kayaks), mini-golf, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts.

After booking, The Short Term Rental Lease Agreement and Registration Form will be emailed to you. This must be signed and ID of the renter must be attached.

PCP will issue gate passes upon on arrival. Car gate passes are non-transferable and are issued specifically to the driver of the vehicle.
