The Space:

Welcome to Bahama Tease! Before you even step inside, this house has unbeatable beach amenities. The ocean views are stunning from any point in the house, but the real gem is the private beach access. The deck of Bahama Tease has stairs the land directly on the sand. No walking to and from the beach because the beach is right there.



The lower level features a beautifully stocked kitchen, ideal for preparing meals while enjoying the company of friends and family. Just steps away, the dining area offers breathtaking ocean vistas that continue into the spacious living area, providing dinner with a view. A luxurious king master bedroom with an ensuite bath invites you to relax.



Upstairs, more ocean views greet you from two of the elegantly appointed bedrooms, including a king and queen room. You'll find two additional full baths in the hallway, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. The remaining bedrooms cater to every need, from a room with both a queen and twin bed to a bunk room that sleeps several guests comfortably. Every corner of this home is designed for a relaxing and memorable stay, making it the perfect getaway for families and friends alike.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please note that there is no lifeguard on duty and use of the pool is at your own risk. By booking and using the pool, you agree to take responsibility for your own safety and for those in your group, especially children, who must be supervised at all times. Please follow all posted pool rules, signage, and applicable local safety requirements. By using the pool, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to use the area responsibly. Failure to follow pool rules may result in the end of your stay without refund.**

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.



By booking this property and using the pool, you agree to the following:

You understand that swimming and being around the pool involves inherent risks, including serious injury or drowning.

No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk.

You are responsible for your own safety and for all members of your group. Children must be supervised at all times.

You agree to follow all posted pool rules and applicable laws and safety requirements. You acknowledge that use of the pool is at your own risk, and you agree to hold the property owner and management harmless from claims arising from pool use, to the fullest extent permitted under North Carolina law.

Failure to follow pool rules may result in termination of your stay without refund
