European wood-color paneling for the windows add warmth and a cozy feel to this naturally bright house. Relax in any of the two outdoor decks, perfect areas for barbecues and resting. At night, unwind in front of the two-handcrafted steel chimneys making you feel right at home; one in the living room area and the other in the master suite. You will be in awe of the panoramic views of Lake Atitlán from both above, while admiring from the house and below, while relaxing on the deck and boat dock. Beautiful landscaped grounds to enjoy walking, seasonal tropical fruit picking, adventuring out and playing sports on the vast soccer field. Private landscaped lake access by stairway with deck and boat dock looking out to a quiet and serene bay. Enjoy resting on the deck at the edge of the water which has a bar, lounge chairs and jacuzzi. An easy 5 min walk down. The house can be enjoyed by both small and larger groups.

There are three-four staff members: an on-site caretaker, gardener, kitchen helper and additional maid for larger groups. They are very helpful and friendly and have experience tending to foreigners, especially volunteer groups from the U.S. They take special care in making our guests’ stay more pleasant with the cooking, cleaning and tending to and cater to every need. Equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, stress-free vacation. Offers a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fully-equipped kitchen, two indoor chimenys, two large porch areas for barbecues and resting; upper-level porch with barbecue griddle, dinning tables and gas fire pit and porch seating; lower-deck porch with swimming pool and poolside loungers, ping pong table, table with chairs and pool table in game room.

Spacious living rooms and 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The house is family friendly with many activities for small and older children like swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, slide, swing set, trampoline, jacuzzi, soccer goals, badmington, croquet, board games, and outdoor wood fire pit for roasting marshmallows and weiners. The house features four TV's with cable: one in the master suite, one in the two-bedroom suite, one in the living room, and one in the swimming pool area.

Complete access to all parts of the home and grounds. The staff has separate living quarters so as to give privacy to the home during the night. There is nighttime security for your safety. Items available upon request: high chair, cots and crib. Breakfast and other meals available upon request for an additional fee.
