Please feel at home! You're welcome to use anything that is open in the Kabin. We just Kindly ask that the locked closets & garage doors be left alone. Thank you for understanding!

Other things to NOTE
There is no dishwasher in the Kabin. Please consider this as you plan any meals.
The Kabin has a septic system and any food waste needs to go into the trash as there is no garbage disposal in the sink.
Pets need to be crated when you are not home. The deck is not a Kennel. Please clean up after your pet. Please respect our furniture. Guests are responsible for any damages. Thanks for understanding.
Quiet hours 8pm-8am PLEASE NO LARGE PARTIES OR MUSIC. Noise carries long distances as the Kabin is on a hill in a very quiet neighborhood.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE CABIN OR BACK DECK. If smoke or vape residue is detected in those areas, You will be charged the cost of the clean up & odor removal.
The National forrest service keeps you updated on any forrest fires at maps.wildfire.gov Also another helpful app is Watch Duty!
When leaving put the bagged trash in the can on the front deck with the lid on tight. Animals will get into it if not secured. Thank you!
