Nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, BOARDWALK STROLL, this charming one-bedroom penthouse offers the perfect blend of mountain serenity and urban convenience. Perfectly situated along the scenic boardwalk of Policeman's Creek, just steps from the vibrant Main Street of Canmore. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, this condo creates an ideal basecamp for exploring the area's natural wonders.
PARKING:
The heated onsite parkade means that you can leave your vehicle behind and enjoy walking around Canmore without worrying about finding a parking spot! There is also parking outside along the left side of the complex for additional vehicles.
LIVING:
Cozy up on the couch and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, or unwind in front of the flat-screen TV with with streaming options.
KITCHEN:
Delight your inner chef in our fully-equipped kitchen. Whether you're preparing a quick meal or a feast, this kitchen has everything to elevate your cooking experience.
DINING:
Gather around the spacious island with seating for four, perfect for casual bites or engaging conversations while you cook.
For a change of pace, convene to the dining area, designed to enjoy relaxed meals with family and friends while making memories together.

Cozy bedroom with a convenient layout. Main bedroom has a king bed & plenty of storage. Additional bed tucked away in living room, the pull out sofa has a queen bed as well. Both sleeping spaces are outfitted with plush duvets, ample pillows & soft linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
BATHROOM:
One 4pc bathroom with fluffy towels and premium toiletries await, ensuring a pampered experience. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash & Hand Wash are supplied.
BALCONY:
Amazing North exposure views with bistro seating for two. Perfect place to toast to the day or the night!
LAUNDRY:
Quality full-size washer and dryer conveniently located within the suite with complimentary laundry detergent.

Downtown location in the middle of all the action! Gateway to Main Street, while two major grocery stores, Starbucks, banks & gear rental, liquor stores & Canadian Tire are all within a block of the complex. Take a leisurely stroll down the boardwalk along Policeman's creek connecting the thriving neighborhood of Spring Creek Mountain Village to downtown Canmore. Main ROAM transit bus stop located behind Arts Place.
BOARDWALK STROLL can be accessed easily within 1.5 hours from the Calgary International Airport and is in the perfect location for accessing all the fun that the town of Canmore has to offer! Follow the directions provided in the Welcome Message.

* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe's refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
