Nestled in a serene residential enclave of desirable Bournemouth, this property enjoys a tranquil setting on a quiet street, offering a retreat from the hustle and bustle. Conveniently set back from the road, ample parking awaits, ensuring a stress-free arrival. Check-in is effortlessly managed via a lockbox, eliminating the need for agent meetings—ideal for a seamless start while the kids eagerly unpack!
Step inside to discover a well-appointed interior featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen stocked with spices, tea, and all essential utensils. The accommodation boasts a total of nine beds, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Your comfort is paramount, with hotel-quality linen meticulously arranged by our professional housekeeper.
As you unwind, relish the abundance of natural light that bathes the interiors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The garden, basking in sunlight, beckons for moments of relaxation outdoors. Towels and toiletries are thoughtfully provided, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable stay for you and your guests.

You will have access to the ENTIRE house and backyard.

This is not a brand-new house! It is an old home with modern amenities. Hosting since 2021, our recent renovations enhance your stay, ensuring a top-notch experience while preserving the traditional homey ambiance.
PARKING:
Free up to 3 cars in the driveway and free on-street.

Feel free to access and use my garden or the outdoor spaces. Please keep in mind that the garden up-keeping and treatment are scheduled once every 2 months.
• Lost/forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
To finalize your booking, kindly select either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £35 non-refundable damage waiver (via STRLY).
