Waikoloa beach resort located about 19 miles north of Keahole-Kona Airport.   This village surrounded in Lava provides visitors with a variety of activities, and known as one of Hawaii’s most dazzling oceanfront resorts and for good reason, it’s just a short walk from the pristine turquoise waters of Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay), where you’ll spot turtles sunning on the lava rocks that jut from the white sand. Waikoloa is centrally located on the island making it easy to travel and explore the north, south and east side of the island.

Colony Villas

Colony Villas, is a gated community in Waikoloa Beach Resort that offers 2 to 3 bedroom townhomes, located along the Fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course.  Located close to the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-shop and driving range.  Guests have access to the outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center and BBQ grills around the complex grounds.  Shopping and dining options are just half a mile away from the complex.
