Great condo for family stay in Waikoloa

Perfect condo for a 1.5 week family stay in Waikoloa village. Had all of the essentials, and the subdivision (Hali'i Kai) has great amenities including a fantastic pool. Highly recommended!

Wonderful resort and support people with the resort

Wonderful resort, beautiful amenities. However, this unit had a direct view of new construction and morning sounds of guys arguing over the Porta potty so there might be a better location in the resort for your stay.

Beautiful 3 bedroom home!

We enjoyed our week in this unit. It was well appointed and comfortable. We appreciated the extra supplies in the garage with made our beach visits and excursions easy- we usually have to rent beach chairs and boogie boards. Our kids had the best time staying in this home! Thank you for a beautiful place to stay during our vacation. We will return!

Very functional and spacious two story appartement. Awesome to have access to snorkeling gears and bodyboards. The complex amenities are great too but small deception that the pool/jacuzzi area closes at 8pm.

Excellent location, Beautiful property

I enjoyed my stay in this property. We had more than we could hope for. Everything was perfect. Loved all of the extras such as access to beach chairs, boohie board, etc. It is a beautiful property and i would definitely return.

We loved our most recent stay at Hali'i Kai. Everything went very smoothly! All info and communications were great with property manager. This is our 4 or 5th stay in this complex. Loved all of the beach equipment available for our use! Highly recommend this property!

Excellent Condo- Great for a Family!!

This condo was absolutely perfect. Very clean, well-appointed, and a wonderful location. Plenty of towels (including beach towels), pillows, blankets, and everything you need in the bathrooms and kitchen. Our family of 5 was very comfortable! Great location to allow traveling the big island without spending all day in the car. And the beach club is amazing! Highly recommend.

Spacious and Beautiful Rental Unit

Unit was very spacious and the grounds were beautiful. A little bit of a walk to the pool/recreation area (10 minute walk) and to shopping/groceries/restaurants (7 minute drive). Correspondence with the property manager was excellent.

Exactly As Advertised

Clean, spacious and close to all of the activities on the leeward (sunny) side of the island. Not terribly inconvenient to KOA either. Makes for a long day of driving if youā€™re into hiking Hawaii Volcano National Park, or visiting Hilo frequently. Very nice amenities near the Queens Marketplace and Kings Shops.

We'll Be Back

Of all the places we've stayed in Hawaii (and there have been many, this was by far the best. We could walk from our condo to the Ocean Club where we could swim in the pool and eat in the restaurant. We ate there on three occasions because it was delicious and the service was great. It was also surprisingly reasonably priced. The pool was never crowded. At the Club, you are right at the water and we enjoyed a number of amazing sunsets. It was a big hit for the whole family.

Excellent Condo and Community

Exactly as described - if not better. Halii Kai is far more superb than paying for an overcrowded resort. We visited both hotel resorts nearby and were very glad we chose this property at Halii Kai instead - much more tranquil and much higher quality. We didnā€™t spend much time at the condo but it was in great order and beautifully decorated. As other visitors mentioned - it truly does have everything you may need. The owners clearly take pride in this condo and weā€™d love to return again for a slightly longer stay next time.

Highly Recommend

We stayed in our villa June 2023. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We appreciate all the little details like hand soap, shampoo etc, trash bags, bandaids and the list could keep going. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom (family of 4). The grounds are beautiful and easy walk to shoreline. Kona is about 40 minutes away but beach 69 north of the villa was our favorite. It is a sandy beach with shade. You will not regret renting this villa!

Beautiful, well stocked condominium

I have stayed at Halii Kai for 15+ years, at multiple condos, and this one was the best! The unit has been updated with ā€˜hardwoodā€™ floors and a new washer/dryer. The kitchen is well stocked, even for picky chefs. There is also a lot of beach equipment includedā€¦usually we end up buying it and leaving it there, so it was a nice addition. The process was seamless from start to finish. The pool at Halii Kai is fantastic in location (albeit a bit busy). It was a great stay for 6 adults.
