Great location, beautiful house! Rented this house for a 23 year college reunion trip for 6 women. It was perfect - close to coffee/bagel shop and restaurants, everyone had their own space, and it was beautifully decorated! We will be back :)

The house is very spacious with adequate seating both indoors and outside to accommodate groups large enough to occupy all six bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. Plenty of glassware and ample utensils for cooking in the kitchen. The interior of the home is very handsome. Itā€™s located on a less busy street, but is a close walk to King Street. The owner/hostess was promptly responsive to questions.

Our extended family of nine spent a week here over the Christmas holiday. We never felt crowded and we were impressed by its beautiful decor. The kitchen and everything in it was modern. The host was friendly and helpful when we had problems working the TV. The neighborhood is charming and walkable. Highly recommended.

We had the BEST time at this Vrbo for our Charleston girls trip! The home was exactly as picturedā€”beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. It had the perfect mix of charm and comfort, which made it such a fun place to come back to after a full day exploring.The location was idealā€”close to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet and relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, the space was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this property. We had 5 couples traveling to Charleston for Sewe. This home was perfect for us. every bedroom had a private bathroom and there was a large open gathering area on the main level. We were able to walk or Uber everywhere. Most ubers got to us within about 2 minutes. the owners were very responsive and accommodating. The home is beautiful and veey comfortable. We hope to get this same house again next year!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully considered ā€” from the comfortable beds to the sound system. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping, yet still peaceful and private. This house was a great accommodation for our large family. The common space provided plenty of room for us to spend time together. The bedrooms were comfortable and very clean. This was, without a doubt, one of the nicest places we have stayed. Twelve adults who enjoyed the six bedrooms with each having a king bed and their own bathrooms. Plenty of space for all twelve of us. Many people could be in the kitchen area at the same time. Enough room on the piazza for all of us too. Close to all the action on King Street which was an easy walk or short Uber ride. Ages in our group were 22-85. We enjoyed our stay in Charleston and wouldnā€™t hesitate to rent this house again. Very well done! Thank you.

My family stayed here for 5 nights. I will tell you this is the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in. This is a multi-million dollar property. Super high end details, comfortable, safe and walkable neighborhood. Many eating options nearby. Every bedroom is en suite and has a king bed. Mattresses were too soft for me but everyone else was happy. Numerous TVā€™s with great cable options. Well equipped kitchenā€¦.Hard to think you could do better than this in Charleston!

Absolutely gorgeous home! Beautifully decorated with furniture of the highest quality, fully stocked new kitchen, and high quality bedding and linens. All potential needs considered for each guest in each room. Also with modern sound system and new HVAC system ( so important in Charleston in the summer!) Easy walking distance to King Street and great bagel shop (Holy City) and sandwich shop (Coop) on same street. Can't say enough good things and would definitely stay here again.

This property is simply stunning and immaculate! Miki also promptly answered questions. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. She was so helpful both before and during our stay. We were greeted by the owners at check-in and walked through the beautiful home. We had 12 adults stay during a winter storm where everything was closed for a day or two. Subsequently, we ended up spending more time on property than originally planned. However, we were all very comfortable. Not only are the six en suites cozy, but the living area is spacious and comfortable as well. There are also plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware to accommodate 12 adults. The property is centrally located in walking distance to most destinations. Well done! Would easily stay here again.

We had a girls weekend. All 6 of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. It couldnā€™t be more perfect. Everything was clean and new. It was all thoughtfully laid out with all the amenities. Close walking distance to the shops and restaurants on King St. The owners were super nice and responsive.

Beautiful Home and Amazing Location

Beautiful, well appointed, and well located home. Our party ranged from 1-70 and everyone was comfortable. The home is accurate to its listing. Miki, the host, was an excellent communicator and was ready to answer any questions. There's an adorable coffee shop across the street which we frequented multiple times during our stay. The home is just a short drive or walk from the popular spots but tucked away enough to be quiet. There's also a nearby park which we walked to a lot with the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Charleston and if we return with a group, will plan to secure this house again!

We LOVED Charleston!

This home is AMAZING! It's even more beautiful than the pictures show. We were a group of 11, ages 2-83. There are 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms with King beds. The layout is great with a big living room space adjacent to the large round dining table and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is incredible. Easy to walk to so much. There was parking for our cars too which was great because street parking is time-limited. Owners were responsive and lovely. It's a fantastic house - book it and you won't be sorry!

Family Charleston Trip

My family (wife, kids ages 15, 17 & 19) did our first trip to Charleston. This house exceeded any of our expectations and the photos online didn't do it justice. Our kids didn't want to leave. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were amazing. It was like staying at a spa. The house is in a great location so close to bagel shops, restaurants and King Street. Charleston is very easy to navigate either walking or driving. We enjoyed our early morning coffee and late nights playing cards on the 2nd floor porch. Hosts were amazing. They gave us great advice on places to see and where to eat. Charleston and this house did not disappoint!!Thank you from The Ashes!!

This was the perfect house for a family reunion. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and each bedroom is well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and prep food. There are restaurants within walking distance, and King Street is just a 10 minute (walking slowly) walk. The hosts were responsive and helpful, but everything was so well designed and accounted for that our need to communicate was minimal. The photos of the rooms are accurate, but it is even more lovely when you see them in person. Neighborhood was quiet. Traffic not a problem. I would highly recommend this property.

Miki and husband Chuck moved to the Charleston area 15 years ago. We both thoroughly enjoy spending time downtown and around the Charleston area.

Chuck is originally from Florida and Miki from West Virginia. Previously to moving to Charleston, they spent 20 years in the Washington, DC area. Miki in the health care marketing and management industry and Chuck in the printing and marketing solutions industry. Wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the Metro area and the colder weather, we chose Charleston!

Since moving here we have been involved with restoring , renovating and managing downtown properties.

We love walking around the city looking at the various architectural designs of historical buildings, eating at the amazing restaurants, or taking in a festival or special event. On warm days you can find us on our boat with our two sons Ryan and Alec or at the beach. And of course, there are the Citadel football and basketball games. which we can't miss since Chuck was a graduate of the Citadel.

We fall deeper in love with Charleston every day and want you to experience the charm of the city while at Stay Cannon. Our renovation of this property was a labor of love and our goal was to transform it into a cozy comfortable home with modern appliances while still maintaining the historical Charleston feel.

If you like technology, our place offers a state of the art sound system with music selections through Sonos. We have smart TV's compatible with airplay and video streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, HBO etc.

If you like large areas to gather with your group, you will love this home. The open layout of the kitchen/dining/ living room area has lots of comfortable seating. Plus, we have three porch areas where you can enjoy the outdoors and see beautiful sunsets from our second floor large porch.

All 6 bedrooms have comfortable King beds with ample room and en-suite bathrooms. All the windows throughout the house have white, faux wood blind and five of the bedrooms have room darkening curtains. If you like ceiling fans in you bedroom, you have your pick of 4 bedrooms.

Unlike other properties in Charleston, we also offer easy parking with a turn-around area on the property.
