This is an entire home located just on the edge of Philadelphia's Northern Liberties fine clubs, dining, bars and casino. There are over 40 restaurants and bars within a friendly 10 block walk. It is on a quiet side street with ample free parking. This home has 3 bedrooms that is capable of sleeping 8 with a futon in the basement that can sleep an additional 2. It has 2 full bathrooms a living room and full kitchen. There is a small backyard with a grill and a couple bike to ride around this bicycle friendly neighborhood. This home has 3 stories and a basement.

The top floor has 2 rooms with the first room furnished with 2 full size beds and a closet. The second room has a single with a pull out single on the bottom.

The second floor has a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and a walk in closet. The bathroom has a stand up shower.

The first floor has a living room and kitchen. The living room has a large all in one desktop computer and printer. Also in the living room is a TV with access to anything you may want to see. Also provided are some board games and reading materials. The entire home has fast reliable internet.

Also on the first floor is the eat in kitchen with all major appliances and wares. All necessary cooking utensils and major ingredients are provided. All new guest is greeted with the basic necessities in the kitchen, including bottled water, milk, juices and other refreshments.

In the basement is the second bathroom with a tub. Also in the basement is the washer/dryer and utility sink. A small area with floor mats and exercise ball is provided.

Christmas Family Getaway

The location with easy access to everything we wanted to do and see in Philadelphia was perfect. We had enough beds for everyone, and a decent kitchen to prepare meals. We had no trouble finding parking. We appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with snacks as well as some items like sugar that we forgot. We could have used more silverware and a cutting board. There were quite a few easy cosmetic fixes involving the doors, furniture and walls that would make the townhouse more pleasant. We also could have used more information from the owners concerning the TV and available stations and more about public transportation options. Parking downtown is costly. We happened to stay on a very cold weekend, and we had trouble with the heat. If it was comfortable on the main floor that meant it was boiling in the top floor bedrooms. When the top bedrooms were cool enough, the main floor was freezing. We didn't disturb the owners for answers because it was a holiday weekend. Despite these few things, we enjoyed our stay, and we would stay again.

His house is located in a neighborhood where the people are friendly and helpful. Thereā€™s lots of room for guests in his place.

A very happy Thanksgiving

The first word I can think of is comfy! We held our thanksgiving here with my cousins and we had a wonderful small dinner. Everyone felt cozy and our needs were perfectly cared for! Amazing hospitality, clean , comfortable a true home away from home.

Property was as described. Owner was very responsive. It is an older home and street parking can be a little bit of a challenge. Were from the midwest with wide open spaces and single story homes, so it was an adventure. Location was great for visiting many parts of town.

Fun in Philly

This was my first time visiting Philly, Iā€™m from Detroit. The parking was really a nuisance. Iā€™m glad I decided to bring my smaller car, because if I had driven my truck I never would have found a parking spot. Sashaā€™s apartment is as described, although I would not recommend sleeping in the basement area, as the air quality down there was not incredible. Overall fun stay, but the area was not as nice as I expected. I wouldnā€™t describe it as ā€œsafeā€ to walk around at night.

Amazing

We could have showed up with just clothes! This row house was amazing. Sasha got back to us quickly with any questions. The apartment was stocked with everything we could have needed. It' was th e small touches like milk, brean and eggs that made us feel so welcome. We love the ability to do laundry so we could go home with clean clothes. The neighborhood was close to everything and we had no problem parking g on the street. We can t say enough good things about our experience at this great space in Philly!

Nice place on Northside

Located in area which is becoming revitalized. The area becomes a little rough a few blocks further north but this area is safe. Easy to Uber into downtown area. Apartment was clean and as described. Was not expecting the items in the fridge (wasnā€™t sure if accidentally leftover by previous renter or provided by host) and several bottles of shampoo left over.

Comfortable home in great neighborhood

This home was in a great location close to lots of restaurants and bars. We felt very safe walking around with our young children. The house was comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. Sasha was very helpful and responsive when we had trouble figuring out one of the air conditioning units. Definitely recommend!

Nice property in a great location for an affordable price

My colleagues and I came here for a conference at the Convention Center. The location was perfect for us: it didnā€™t break the bank and was a 10-ish minute walk from the nearby subway station that took us right downtown. The property was quite nice and worked well for us. Useful to note that the bathroom in the basement area is visible from the bed set up down there (as are the stairs), so using it might disturb a light sleeper. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay and the living room area was a nice hang-out spot for chats between the 6 of us.

Loved the property!

Came for a holiday weekend with my husband and 3 kids. Could not have been happier with the bedrooms, kitchen, outdoor space, and location. It is very nicely sized and plenty of space to sleep and relax. Neighborhood is wonderful and we loved the playground down the street. The host was very nice and flexible. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with easy access to the city center.

We loved this place! The description might say it's small, but there's actually plenty of space. We were a group of 8 and it didn't feel crowded. Especially liked that there are two full bathrooms, lots of storage space (including in the basement), and that the rooms are spread over 4 levels (if you include the basement). It's well stocked with supplies, including laundry in the basement, and the complimentary wine/snacks is a nice touch. There's even a cute little deck area in the back with a grill, if the weather's nice. Parking is on street, but we were lucky every time we parked, always finding a spot either on the same street, or just around the corner. Regular buses into the city are literally just around the corner too. Would highly recommend this place!

Very nice vacation rental at a very good price

We spent Christmas weekend at this rental with our family, my husband and I and our two grown children. The owner was easy to communicate with and left detailed information. We were not expecting wine and other nice food items but were greatly appreciative at the generously. The rental was roomy for our family and was fully stocked with everything needed. The property was clean and tidy. I highly recommend and would certainly stay again.

Lovely neighborhood, great for family

This house is in an up & coming neighborhood & we really enjoyed walking around & exploring. It is a good 5-10 min walk to the SEPTA station, so be prepared for that if you are planning to just park your car, as we did. Parking in Philly is expensive! It's much cheaper to walk or use SEPTA. This house is not good for those with mobility issues as there are lots of steps to get to the bedrooms & bathrooms. Not a problem for us, just wanted to mention it. Sasha was very responsive to my questions & even made sure there was a mixer available for the pie baking! I will mention that there is no cutting board or mixing bowls or casserole dishes, so I needed to buy some aluminum pans for cooking our sides for Thanksgiving dinner I also brought my own roasting pan.

EASY and convenient

Great stay and very comfortable for 4 adults. We each were able to have our own space! The little extras were so thoughtful! Wine, chips, plenty of coffee and bread, milk, eggsā€¦. Iā€™ve never stayed in someoneā€™s home that left us so many goodies to start our trip! Such a pleasant stay! Thank you so much! Tipā€¦. Donā€™t rent a big SUV. Parking can be tough with such a big vehicle.

Great host, great place, great location

It was a great place to stay with my family for our visit to Philly. It was clean and everything we needed was available. The host was organized with everything we might need for our trip and a binder to help our stay. The washer and dryer were great to have especially with messy children. The location was convenient to so many things. We had enough space for our party of 7. We had a flexible check out time which was great when packing up to not feel rushed. When I had a question, Sasha was quick to respond. I would gladly stay here again. It was an amazing first experience with vrbo.

The house has everything you need and more. Its comfortable for a family. They have groceries ready for you so you don't have to worry about going out to get something if you arrive late at night. The owner was very flexible with the check out time.
