We’re glad our team was able to remain in consistent communication with you, respond promptly when issues were brought to our attention, and send someone to the home right away to address them. Regarding the heat, we reached out several times prior to your arrival to offer a portable AC unit due to the unusually warm temperatures. Because we manage a limited number of portable AC units across all of our homes, they are offered as rentals so that guests who would like one can have one for their stay. We completely understand that the heat was uncomfortable, which is why we proactively offered this option several times before your arrival. We appreciate your feedback regarding the additional maintenance and cleanliness items and have followed up on those concerns with our team. We genuinely felt that we had reached a positive resolution together, so we are very sad to hear that this was your final impression of the stay.
