Your unforgettable La Fortuna adventure starts at this spacious 3-bedroom retreat, perfect for families or groups, with a maximum capacity for 11 guests! The home features two luxurious king beds, two comfortable queen beds, and a large cozy sofa bed in the bright living room, providing plenty of space for everyone. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, WiFi, air conditioning, and blackout curtains for restful nights and ultimate relaxation. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi throughout the home. The three bathrooms include showers and are stocked with essential amenities, including hair dryers, for added convenience.

Enjoy standout amenities: a private heated pool for refreshing dips, a spacious sun deck for relaxing, and a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. The balcony offers breathtaking views, making every sunrise and sunset a memorable experience. Despite the fact that there was construction going on near by and we were advised before hand we accepted and it didn’t bother or affected us in any way. House was clean, well organized and communication between mangement company was excellent. Would recommend 100%

We thought this property was terribly overpriced. The photos leave out one prominent detail...the view towards the volcano is now partially obscured by the construction of another dwelling. When that new property is built, there won't be much view of the volcano (and certainly not at all from by the pool, as pictured). The property was clean and comfortable, but when we got there, water was sitting on the landing on the stairs. We lost electricity upstairs, and it took several messages and a few hours to finally get it back on (when a maintenance guy came by).

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the villa clean and comfortable, but we're sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the nearby construction, we strive to be completely transparent with all of our guests. Prior to your arrival, we notified you about the neighboring construction on two separate occasions—once shortly after your reservation was confirmed and again approximately two weeks before your stay. We also included recent photos showing the current status of the construction so you could have an accurate understanding of the property before your arrival. It appears this information may have been overlooked. You are correct that the first-floor view has been affected by the neighboring construction. However, the views from the second floor remain completely unobstructed, with the same beautiful panorama of Arenal Volcano. We are waiting for the construction to be completed before updating our listing photos to reflect the new surroundings. Regarding the electrical issue, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As soon as we were notified, our maintenance team came to the property and resolved the problem. While unexpected issues can occasionally arise, we always do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Amazing house - spacious, super convenient location and secluded enough from the neighbors. Coffee time is 1 minute away, meaning you don’t have to think about breakfast or where to get an amazing espresso. Would definitely recommend

The house has perfect views of the volcano. The house was clean and well equipped. The outdoor space is perfect for a large group. Be careful as the floors inside and outside are VERY slippery. Location was great for waterfall, hot springs and Mistico.

Our family had an amazing stay in this property. Diego and Andrea were very responsive with questions when we were booking the trip and we took advantage of the concierge service to help plan our excursions. We gave a sample itinerary and they did a great job of helping us plan our whole trip. Before we arrived, they let us know that there was some unplanned construction occurring on a nearby property that might cause noise. It turned out to be fine but it was nice they let us know so we weren't surprised. At one point we asked for the pool temperature to be turned up and they had it perfect the very next day. The property itself is immaculate, as you can see by the pictures. Great stay at a great property with very good hosts. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Amazing experience!

We had such a wonderful stay and this was a perfect location to explore LA Fortuna and the surrounding areas. The place is in excellent condition and has everything you need. The check in and check out process was a breeze. We absolutely loved waking up to the amazing view of the volcano. Good restaurants and coffee shop within walking distance. So glad we picked this place for our first visit to Costa Rica.

Beautiful home with a fabulous view!

The house was spotless, comfortably furnished, and well stocked for our weekend stay. The view of the volcano is fabulous. We really enjoyed laying by the pool just soaking in beautiful view. There's also a great coffee shop just steps away that serves hot food, perfect for an easy breakfast or lunch. The location is good - a very short drive to the Tabacón hot springs and other attractions.

Family vacation

We stayed in the house for 5 days. We enjoyed the location and surrounding amenities much better than being in town. Everything was very new and clean. Great views. Great coffee and sandwich steps away. Wonderful local cuisine across the street. All activities very close

Very beautiful property with picturesque view of Arenal volcano. Two primary bedrooms with in suite bathrooms and third bedroom with two beds. It was a perfect setup. Heated pool was amazing. Great location. Would recommend this to family and friends.

Beautiful well maintained property in Arenal

My family stayed at this beautiful property in Arenal for 3 nights. The home is very well equipped with all required small appliances, kitchen and laundry supplies. The pool was wellMaintained and has breathtaking views of mount Arenal from the backyard. Special shout out to Diego from the concierge services who was exceptional with providing me support information before our arrival, during our travel to the property and then during our stay. They were quick to respond and gave us full attention to any queries or request for supplies. All in all a great stay and experience for our family. Will definitely recommend !

I cannot say enough good things about this house. The view is exactly what you see in the pictures, but better in person. The house is perfect. The location was so wonderful for all the excursions we went on and our group of 10 decided La Fortuna was our favorite place in Costa Rica because of this house, this view, and our time spent there. I wish we had more time there so we could've made use of the fire pit area, but unfortunately we were so busy with excursions the whole time we didn't even get to use it. The kids loved the pool. The adults loved the views and it was just an overall excellent experience!!!

Modern Unit

Unit was in brand new condition. Road to property needs to be re leveled as it is very rocky with a lot of potholes. Beautiful view of the Volcano and located in a safe and secure area.
