Blue Sage Modern Sleeps 27 with Pickleball and Theater

Welcome to a piece of paradise! This beautiful modern 6 bedroom, 6 bath home is located in the exclusive gated Reserve community. The Reserve at Bear Lake hosts beautiful views, including the magnificent lake view straight out our windows. Enjoy our private movie theater and pickleball court when you aren`t at the lake or exploring the many opportunities Bear Lake has to offer. We know there`s a little bit for everyone here at Blue Sage Modern.

Not only does Blue Sage Modern boast endless fun within its own walls; it also has its own private pickleball court right outside. Down by the clubhouse you can relax by the two outdoor pools or warm up in the hot tub. The clubhouse also includes access to a fitness center. When you aren`t playing at the lake feel free to spend time down on the community sports court with tennis, basketball and another pickleball court.

The home can comfortably sleep up to 27 people. With 5 full bathrooms, almost every bedroom has its own private bathroom. This home is a place to bring friends and families together. Play all day at the beach, pools, private pickleball court and the garage game room with basketball shootout, tetherball, giant connect 4 and ping pong. Wind down in the private theater room.

Is cooking your specialty? Cook a feast for your family here with a fully stocked kitchen with all of your cooking needs. Need more space to cook? Not a problem, there are three kitchens to insure you have plenty of space to do so. Make memories here to last a lifetime.
-No Pets of any kind. Due to our family’s severe allergies and asthma, we cannot allow pets.
-No Smoking, Vaping or marijuana/drugs on the house’s premises.
-Quiet Hours 10pm-8am
-Absolutely NO open invite parties/alcoholic parties or drug use!
* Fines from parties will range from $500-$3,000 to cover extra cleaning and penalties, plus additional cost to repair or replace anything damaged.
-Please ask before booking for college groups, fraternities/sororities & summer sales groups. They will only be approved is it is a dry event.
-$50 fee for lost or damaged clubhouse key fob
