No Pets Policy: Due to the Boyle House`s historical significance, we have a strict no-pets policy. This policy helps us preserve elements such as the original doors, floors from the 1600s, and other unique historical features. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us protect this treasured piece of Santa Fe`s history!

Filming and Media:
If you are considering filming or production activities please reach out to us for approval prior to booking. Please note that approval for filming is subject to review and cannot be guaranteed. Filming fee and security deposit will be required. Additional fees associated with such activities will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

Please note that exterior cameras are located at the casita driveway and the main house front gate.

We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergencies, bad weather, snow/ice, COVID-19 bans/restrictions, etc. NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
