Modern Comfort - New AC - Best Location - Large HOT TUB - Last min Deals!

Casa Luna is a beautiful Adobe Home over 100 years old and recently renovated. It is located in the heart of the historic Eastside of Santa Fe, 1 block and 1/2 from the art and restaurants of canyon rd (5 min walk) and 10 min walk to the Santa Fe Plaza.
It features 2 bedrooms, 1 master with king bed and independent exit into the back patio and a smaller bedroom with a double bed, 1 and half bathrooms with stone shower.

The new living room couch is a comfortable queen pull
Out. Please let us know if you need to use it.

The large and fully equipped kitchen features stainless still appliances and kitchen island and it is open to the dining (sits 6 people comfortably). The lay-out allows simultaneous entertaining and cooking.
The Cozy living room features a new pull-Out queen sofa and a new large smart TV and fast wifi.
The outdoor patio features a large jacuzzi Hot tub ( pls let us know if you want to use the hot tub ) dining table, stainless steal kitchen aid BBQ, outdoor loveseat and chininea. The home is completely private and the patio is enclosed and safe for your pets. We do charge a $150per pet fee. Please let us know if you are traveling with more than one pet.
The private Hot Tub is a large jacuzzi with rainbow fountain, lights and strong Jets. It is located in the back patio.

The house maintained the original charm while having modern amenities. It is very close to the galleriesof Canyon Road and the Railyard area. There were an abundance of towels and bedding available, which is nice to have in a rental. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable. Three mini split air units kept the temperature comfortable. A very nice and relaxing visit over all.

My husband and I loved this place, and our daughter and her family stayed steps away at Casa Encanto. When we went to bed at night, we'd see the moon through the skylight. We came for skiing, but for those who decided not to ski on some days the neighborhood was very walkable!

Wonderful quiet stay in Santa Fe

Really a gem of a property- location extremely convenient- can walk to whatever is needed. Well appointed home with everything needed. Comfortable bed and clean. Hot tub was nice and worked really well!

Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a health issue. House was interesting. A couple of inconveniences. The bed in the small bedroom was hard and small. Sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable. The kitchen didn’t have a dishwasher, which was fine, but there was no dish soap. Washer/dryer very inconvenient. House had a stale odor. All minor things, but for the price I would have expected more. Doubt we would stay there again. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere! Host, Marta was very helpful when we had internet issues. He was in Italy and helped us even though it was in the early hours of the morning. 5 stars for him!

Host was easy to communicate with. Had a nice visit with our family of 3 and our dog, we fit perfectly. Loved the location, within walking distance of downtown, Canyon (galleries) and shops. We walked several days to a park nearby for the pup and through the neighborhoods, felt very safe and was quiet. We did a lot of hiking and biking, so the hot tub was nice for sore muscles and relaxation. Private patio area was also nice for outdoor reading and chill time. We have a big truck, so parking takes some care; Santa Fe is pretty dense, so I would expect this with most casitas. Air-con were efficient and quiet and nice to be able to control with each room. We all loved the sky lights, no need for indoor lights during the day. Kitchen is fairly stocked with essentials to cook but not a ton of space for food - we used top of the fridge and small island, plus there is a small hutch where we also put dry goods. The grill was nice to have, no dishwasher which we didn't really mind, just budget a bit more time for cleaning up. There are ice trays, but next time I think we would buy a bag of ice. Summers are hot so bring sunscreen and hats! Thanks for a great stay!

Modern interior of 150 year old casita. Perfect location. Nice courtyard. Pretty linens and nice towels. Good pretty furniture. Great ac. Fully equipped kitchen. The front needs some TLC, but the interior is great.

Cozy Santa Fe Home

Spent 20 days in January with dog and friend. Great location—can walk to grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants. Host was very responsive. Home was warm, comfortable and perfect for me to work remotely.

Charming, authentic adobe in historic neighborhood

We had a great stay. There is just enough room for four adults to cook, dine, relax and sleep comfortably. The light-colored decor enhances the airy feel of the home and the exposed wood beams lend warmth. The kitchen was tight and we had to do some rearranging (and clear a lot of countertop clutter) to stow our groceries and make space to prep our meals, but that is a minor quibble. Everything worked great and our dog enjoyed the home and neighborhood as much as we did. Special thanks to Marta for the great communication.

A perfect Santa Fe location for 2

A cozy adobe style home located in the Mecca of Santa Fe. Well kept property. A perfect size for a couple and a child or 2 people. The hot tub was a great addition to wind down at night. My father and I stayed for the hot air balloon festival and having the 2 bed 2 bath space and outdoor patio was awesome. You can walk to a bakery coffee shop and everything is right downtown walking or driving distance to restaurants and Whole Foods market. The owner was very diligent in communicating and making sure we were taken care of! super sweet ! Would love to come back and stay again!

Great location and comfortable

Great location and comfortable. There are two bathrooms, one full, one half right next to each other. The yard is smallish and not well maintained. The house is well equipped except for glassware (lots of odd sizes). There are lots of leftover food and salad dressing around that need to be sorted out. Except for some small nits it is a great place to stay.

Hidden Gem in Santa Fe

Our stay was amazing! Superb location, fantastic amenities, and the host went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. The house was beautiful. I was so impressed how clean the house was. I will definitely stay here again. The host was great with communication. Very pleased with everything. Dont hesitate to book this beautiful home.

Perfect Retreat

Loved this place from the moment we walked in. Such an inviting and relaxing enviornment with wonderful amenities (robes, hot tub, comfortable bedding, books…) and within walking distance to the plaza. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and drinking coffee on the outdoor patio and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and enjoying a meal in one night. The property manager was easily reachable and checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Fun weekend in Santa Fe

This home was perfect for a 4 day visit to Santa Fe. Wonderful location, we walked as well as drove around town. The house was even better than in the photos, had everything we needed and we enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor patio. Marta was a great host. I highly recommend!!! Mary and 3 Daughters

Awesome stay!

We were driving a large truck so the parking was a little tricky. But other than that, it was perfect. Well stocked and very comfortable. Owner communicated several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this little gem!

For us it wasn’t necessarily the ultra-clean air or picturesque landscape. It wasn’t even the insanely high concentration of art galleries and fine dining establishments. We chose to relocate to Santa Fe for something more intangible. That sensation you get when the sun is sinking behind the Jemez Mountains and the sky turns Orange, Purple and Pink all at the same time and you look out and see the most amazing light and colors. This is when the world changes and you see things differently. You realize that life is precious and there is so much beauty out there. I don’t know if it is Santa Fe that brings this awakening or if it is in all of us but it happened here and so we decided to make this home for awhile and see what other magic we might find.



These are some of our favorite things about the house:

-       the unbeatable LOCATION in the heart of the eastside, historic district of Santa Fe. Casa “Encanto” is located on our favorite street in Santa Fe: a peaceful, quiet dirt road, that gives you the feeling of being out in the countryside, when you are actually close to everything! WE WALK EVERYWHERE! Canyon Road is one block away, the Santa Fe plaza, galleries, restaurants and shops are a short stroll. Our favorite coffee shop and the local grocery store are just around the corner. Bicycle trails, hiking, skiing and outdoors activities are easily accessible too.
-       the unique and rare peacefulness of the patio. We love having dinner outside and grill out with BBQ, relaxing after dinner with a drink or a glass of wine, and then having a private hot tub under the stars.
-       the history within the adobe walls that was built a century ago. The thick walls, authentic vigas, stone floors makes this home a charming and fascinating place.
