Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear you enjoyed such a festive 4th of July stay with the perfect view of both Dollywood’s fireworks and the city’s show. It’s great to know you found the condo exceptionally clean and comfortable, and that you made the most of the pool, lazy river, and nearby attractions. We’d love to welcome you back for another visit soon!

Thank you so much for your feedback, and we're glad to hear that everything else about your stay was great! We completely understand your disappointment regarding the lazy river, especially since it was a main reason for choosing this property. While we unfortunately don’t have direct control over the lazy river, as it is managed by the HOA, we did follow up and learned that a key part had broken and needed to be ordered, which caused the temporary closure. We agree that communication is important and truly appreciate your suggestion. We'll continue doing our best to keep guests informed of any unexpected changes.

Thank you so much for staying with us. We are glad to hear you had a great stay. We look forward to you coming back again.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're truly sorry to hear that the cleanliness didn’t meet your expectations. That’s not the standard we aim to uphold, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We've addressed this with our housekeeping team to ensure that all linens, including mattress covers and shower liners, are thoroughly inspected and replaced as needed between each guest. Your input helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Thank you so much for your detailed and kind review! We’re thrilled to hear that you, your sister, and your mother enjoyed your stay at Amazing Grace 212 and found it one of your favorite trips. It’s wonderful to know that the spacious layout, comfortable beds, fireplace, and balcony with mountain views added to your experience. We also appreciate your thoughtful suggestions regarding the kitchen, outlets, and additional touches like a luggage rack and rug. Feedback like yours helps us continually improve for our guests. We’re glad our team could provide helpful support during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip. It would be our pleasure to host you again!
