Casita Mar is one side of a duplex and may share walls, outdoor areas, and the HOA pool with the neighboring unit — interior spaces are fully private. Chairs and umbrellas for the pool are available through Calini Beach Club. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet — breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
