Our ā€œLe Chaletā€ cabin is 3 stories tall, 2 bedroom, 3 bath, and sleeps 9 comfortably. As you walk in at street level, there is a large bedroom with 2 double beds and full bath. The utility room with washer & dryer complete the first floor. Up the stairs brings you to your 2nd, or main floor. Primarily designed for entertainment, the Main floor contains a LARGE kitchen with plenty of counter space! The dining room table will seat 10 guests. The Living room has a queen sized futon sofa, plus a single sofa, & pull out single sleeper. The TV in the living room has a DVD player, along with a few local channels. A full sized bath is just off the kitchen. Your covered deck out back has a gas grill and large Hot Tub. Your campfire pit, plus wood / charcoal grill are just a few steps away in your back yard, with a great River view! The 3rd floor ā€˜openā€™ loft has a queen sized bed and full Bathroom. This is an absolutely ADORABLE cabin! Everything is provided, all you need is food & drink. 2023 PRICES; WEEKDAYS: Monday ā€“ Thursday $225.00 per night for the 1st two people. Additional guests are $17.00 each per night. WEEKENDS: Friday ā€“ Sunday $235.00 per night for the 1st 2 people. Additional guests are $17.00 each per night. MAJOR HOLIDAYS: $250.00 per night for the 1st two people. Additional guests are $18.00 each per night. THERE IS A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS. THERE IS A 6 PERSON MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS.

Bud's cabin in Magnet was the perfect weekend getaway. Couldnt have asked for a better experience and time.

This is the second stay for my fiancƩ, and I. The first cabin we stayed at was moon dance.That was a wonderful cabin as well. Colucci cabins is one of the best places to rent a cabin from. When we walked into our cabin, classical music was softly playing and a fresh Bouquet of easter lilies was waiting for us on the table. Every cabin we have rented was clean and very welcoming. We love to rent off of Colucci Cabins. If you're looking for a nice place to relax, these are the cabins for you! You wont be disappointed!

Super Relaxing

If the idea of peace, quiet, and an amazing Ohio River view interest you consider Le Chalet a must. So cool to watch long barges slowly navigate the bends of the river. Especially at night! Almost hypnotic. Bud and his team were fantastic and a pleasure to meet. We will return.

Family Get Away

Overall we had a good experience. However there were areas that could be improved. The fire pit was unusable because it was at the top of the hill and was not on a flat surface. The listing sais that wood and coals would be preaent, but when I asked about wood, I waa told where to go buy it. It also stated that the grill and hot tub were in the same area, but the grill was on the front porch and the hot tub was on the back. This was an issue for cooking meals. The hot tub was clearly dated and the jets were very weak. The hand rail leading from the first to second floors was not fully attached to the wall, 2 of the 3 bathrooms had no toilet paper holders and just had the tp sitting on the tank. One of the sconces in the loft was broken. When I messaged about the broken and missing items, no one replied to me.

Great views

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed, loads of towels, and plenty of soap. All we brought along was our food and drinks. We didn't have very good cell service and shared wifi from a neighboring cabin but we were there to relax and "unplug". This cabin is not on the riverfront but we had some nice views from our balcony. I've already saved another one of Bud's cabins to bring my family down and stay. Bud was very nice and well prepared for our stay.

First of all Bud and Shelley make you feel like family. We arrived and check in was great our Cabin was ready and it was amazing. The view was fantastic we had a swing on the balcony overlooking the River which we enjoyed and loved watching the Barges go up and down river, it was quite and our hot tub was fantastic and private. We loved being in the middle of nowhere but just a short drive was small towns which we enjoyed visiting. We are already planning our next trip in the spring.

Perfect setting to celebrate momā€™s birthday, rest and relax.

Renting this cabin was excellent and easy. Keepers are wonderful and home was clean and rustic. Just what we wanted. They even put up a banner for my momā€™s birthday. It was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and bright, we received courtesy calls so we knew what to expect, and we had everything we needed. We got what we wanted from this trip and locationā€¦.seclusion, peace and quiet.

Relaxing long weekend with family

Bud was a great host and very helpful. Property was as described and met our needs. The extra pull out beds are not the most comfortable, so stay would be better with fewer guests. We had 6 adults and 3 children.

Fantastic getaway

We loved the house- plenty of space for our two families. Amazing location, gorgeous views. Enjoyed the area as well as the hot tub, porches, and fire pit on the property. Definitely plan to stay again!

Fantastic experience

This place is an amazing getaway. If you want to be in the middle of the action I would not recommend this cabin but it is very relaxing, on a private road, and relatively easy to find. Bud was a fantastic host.

Location was fabulous, river in front and cliff and woods behind.!!

Fabulous location! Owners were fab to deal with! Lot of wildlife to observe. We did not go out to eat, but happen to know a restaurant only 6 miles away , has the best ribs and large variety on their menu. Did not have a gas grill, but did have a new Weber, charcoal grill that we used. I will return.

Peaceful and exactly what we were hoping for. Cabin was as described and the owners were very kind

Bud was full of information about places we could go and see or activities we could do based on our interests. The cabins were clean and ad described, everything in working order, and Peaceful. Other renters were also Peaceful (not hassling or loud music, etc) and we were fully able to enjoy our time either at the cabin or doing activities in the local area.

Out in the woods

The property is very remote. The car GPS could not find the address, closest restaurant and grocery shopping is 40 minutes away. The house was nice, yet a bit ā€œusedā€. Property manager was super nice and helpful. There are some better cabins in the area from the same owner.
