We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for a girls getaway weekend. The location right on the beach was amazing. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Every communication that I had with the owner was answered immediately. We would 100% stay here again!!!

Great house!

The house was perfect for our family and in-laws. We loved how close it was to the beach and the beach chairs provided were so nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! The location couldn’t be better. So close to everything and Moody Gardens is only about 8 minutes away.

Wonderful and on the beach

You couldn’t get closer to the beach then this place. It’s right at the base of the porch steps. They have all the things you could need for the beach at your finger tips which is a huge plus when flying or driving and not having to pack everything. They were super helpful from start to finish. It’s close to the main areas of Galveston beach and close enough for felonies form restraunts or DoorDash. Wonderful stay.

Our stay at Horizon Haven - Beachfront in Galveston was absolutely fantastic! This beautiful beach house truly exceeded all our expectations, offering every amenity you could ever need for a perfect getaway.The views are simply breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop to our entire stay. Inside, the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after long days by the ocean. The entire transition process, from booking to check-out, was exceptionally easy, and the host was wonderfully responsive to any questions we had. The location is truly amazing, with convenient access to a variety of great restaurants nearby.Of our whole experience, the only minor detail we would change is the porch light. It stayed on continuously due to motion detection, which became a little frustrating when we were trying to enjoy the peaceful evening views without the constant illumination.Despite that small point, we absolutely loved our time at Horizon Haven and are already looking forward to seeing you next year!

Easy and relaxing

The house is great! Well stocked kitchen. Clean and the AC works very well. The location is perfection! It’s beachfront, no traffic noise and so close to the seawall, restaurants and bars. And Sunny Beach is dog friendly!!! Mr. Becker had a blast chasing his ball and catching his frisbee on the beach. But…..The beach itself was not great. There was a lot of dried up Sargasso on the beach. The worst was all of the trash. Even with all of the trash cans along the beach there was a ton of trash left behind everyday. People just left their empty bottles and food wrappers/containers everywhere. And so much small plastic waste. Such a sad sight to see how little regard there is for our oceans and seas/gulfs.
