This newly built beachfront home is beautifully designed and decorated with a blend of tranquil modern design and coastal colors. It is the perfect place for you to accommodate your friends and family. It is ideally located in Spanish Grant which is only 4 miles from town. Only 10 steps away, you can enjoy the peace of the beach while being just minutes away from great local dining, historical Strand shopping, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and Galveston's Pleasure Pier amusement park.

Start each day of your vacation on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise.

- Steps away from the beach! (no driving on the beach)

- Stunning views from the large deck with a table and chairs to enjoy meals or rocking chairs to guarantee relaxation time.

- Plan a barbecue under the house with a picnic table and a charcoal grill.

- Outdoor shower with the option of hot/cold water

- DOWNSTAIRS BATH with toilet, sink and outdoor shower with hot/cold water

- Enjoy a meal inside and gather around the dining table that has a huge bench to fit many and a great view of the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped and all appliances are new.

-Living room TV, when you are ready to relax after a full day at the beach you can lounge in the living room and enjoy so many entertainment options. DVD player, fire stick, Netflix, amazon prime TV, Amazon prime music, Disney channel, ESPN, ABC,CNN, NBC, local tv channels, nick jr.

The beach peach was the perfect beach vacation house! The location is wonderful, just walk across the driveway and you’re on the beach, and 20 mins to downtown Galveston. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and clean! 10/10 experience I would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing! Great view of the beach! Open concept living/dining had lots of seating for our large family. The beds were comfy. Two and a half baths was a big plus. They provided lots of essentials to enjoy at the beach (chairs, grill, toys,etc.). The restroom downstairs and big parking space was great.The only downfall was the rude and unprofessional lady who kept texting and callin me regarding the rental. The reason I go through Verbo is so I won't have to deal with property managers. This lady was just so rude!

Great location! On the beach on a very quiet and family friendly street and yet just a few minutes away from Seawall and restaurants. Quaint and comfortable.Needs window treatments in living / kitchen area because it sits at an angle and you can see in. Biggest complaint is that you can’t set the thermostat below 70. Fine during the day but need to be able to set to lower temp at night if you choose to.

Our stay was perfect! The house is very well kept with everything you need for a successful and fun beach stay. I couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach was peaceful and really only steps away. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, clean, right on the beach. We had a small problem with one of the bathrooms and reached out and it was fixed within the hour. We were very happy with our choice staying at The Beach Peach and highly recommend!

Nice Beach House

We loved this beach house from the location to the quality of rooms. Communications with the property were effortless. As for the location, it was nice to be in a area where cars weren't lining the beach, a true plus.

Wonderful location to relax

We had an amazing trip to the Peach Beach. The house is spacious and comfortable and a great proximity to the beach. We loved the closet with toys and chairs that we could borrow for our beach days. Pat the house manager was so helpful and accommodating. If we ever come back to Galveston we’d definitely stay again.

Teddi was difficult from the start. As soon as I paid my deposit she started to message me about signing the contract. I had every intention of doing so. She was communicating via the app but then started to email me but my email was incorrect. Therefore, I was not receiving her emails. She messaged me via the Vrbo app and I explained again that I hadn’t received any emails. Teddi began to call me and left voicemails telling me she had contacted the local authority because I hadn’t signed the contract and she was unable to reach me. By this time, I had paid for my stay. It felt like she was bullying me out of staying there. Mind you that would mean I would lose my money. I gave her my email address and even showed her screenshots of her text messages being spammed. I chose to ignore her poor behavior and remained positive because it was too late to find somewhere else to stay.The property was good. It had a musty odor and the a/c was off when we arrived so that didn’t help. We purchased air fresheners to help with the smell because it was quite strong. While there she messaged to tell me “her HOA” friends saw extra cars in the driveway. However, the contract did state visitors were allowed as long as they were gone by 11. The visitors were there less than 2 hours. The beds and pillows were stained (we saw this before we left when we removed the sheets per her rules) and the pit was dirty.This is just PART of our experience. DON’T STAY HERE, SHE IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Trouble with fridge which resulted in 80 worth of meat going bad. The TV in one room didn’t work. I give 4 stars because it is a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful and with 4 kids access to the beach was amazing.

We are at the house now and all Tv's are working fine. Its difficult with 5 TV's for the remotes to be were they should be, but as of today they are here in the house. I sent my AC repairman (he is a friend) to check the refrigerator and he reported that it had way too many things (way beyond normal capacity). Most people ( I do this when I stay other places) bring ice chest with ice to cool the drinks and use refrigerator for meats and vegetables. My appliance repairman reported the same that the refrigerator was stuffed way beyond capacity, with many kids in and out of refrigerator constantly. I had him service it which cost me a $150! Thank you!
