My place is in a good location that is 3 mins away from the Joliette Metro Station, then you are just a few stations to downtown, Old Montreal and the Festival Place. It is close to the Olympic Stadium and the Botanical Garden. You will love my place because it is very bright, clean and airy, it is quiet, it has private parking on the property if needed. We have a beautiful back garden that you can use to relax and were you can take tea or a glass of wine. Looking forward to be your host !

Excellent location to catch the metro. Very nice to be able to park in Ping’s backyard! The Nespresso was a perfect way to wake up in the mornings and the living room was very comfortable for lounging in the evenings.

Clean, bright, great home base

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Ping was kind, responsive, and accommodating. The house was extremely clean and well appointed. Restaurants, the metro, supermarket, and a great park are all very close by. It was a wonderful home base for us to explore the city. Would absolutely stay here again!

A delightful stay

We were very happy with our stay at Ping’s property. The photos are a true reflection of the property and Ping is a great host. I will look to stay here again when next in Montreal.

Wonderful non-touristy neighborhood

Very convenient location, close to metro stops, charming local restaurants, few tourists, comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped.

Ping's place is just as advertised. Ping always responded quickly to any questions and helped us sort out the parking for our stay. The apartment was very clean and perfect for 2-4 people. The location was ideal for us because it was very quiet, yet the Metro station was still easily accessible (1.5 blocks away). The air conditioner was nice to have on a hot day, and the windows provided a good cross-breeze. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay

Great stay just as the description states. Shower Presure was low and parking was a bit confusing. But overall a great clean, quiet place to use as a home base to explore the City.

Comfortable and in a great location

Ping’s apartment is large and well equipped. It is close to the Metro and to local shops and restaurants. Ping is a very helpful and friendly host. We hope to stay again sometime.

Sunny home while on vacation.

Ping was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. The house is sunny and very clean. Location is close to neighborhood shops and easy walking distance to the metro station. We had a wonderful stay and vacation!

This apartment is beyond clean, sparkling, has everything you need, super comfortable beds, high end stove, toaster, pots. This property is on a 'cul de sac' so parking is great which in Montreal is worth it's weight in gold. There are no residences in the front, so it's very quiet. I loved everything about this place, and Ping, she was the sweetest host. Can't say enough good things of this property

Great location

Our apartment was a short walk to the green line metro for easy access to the city. Boulangerie and supermarket were both 10 minute walk. We found the two bedroom apartment comfortable and spotless, with good levels of lighting and air con. Off street parking was welcome. Perhaps the tableware was insufficient for four, but not a problem for two. Our host was kind and welcoming, and we would recommend staying here.

Very good time.Debi, my wife, and I really enjoyed ourselves at Ping's. Just a couple issues. 1.) parking was a little confusing. A note, prehaps , explaining the parking situation would be very helpful. 2.) only two knives in kitchen and both very dull. Sauce pans only upon request? and no can opener? Apt. was exceptionally clean. Ping promptly honored every request

Comfortable appartment

The property was very clean and bright. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. It was fairly easy to find parking in the street or we could park in the backyard. I would gladly stay at Ping's place again.

Excellent stay in Montreal

This rental was a wonderful base for a week in Montreal. The location is in a nice walkable neighborhood and an easy drive or train ride to major downtown attractions. The apartment was bright and clean and had everything that we needed. Ping was a friendly responsive host and answered any questions quickly. We’d definitely come back to this rental!

Great stay at Chez Ping

We chose to book Chez Ping in order to attend a multi-day event at Olympic Park (which is very close by). The condo is very clean and spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. Ping was easy to work with and was flexible when our flight was delayed and our check-in plans changed. We did not rent a car and found that the metro was a great way to get around the city. If you are looking for a nice condo in a residential area of the city, I would highly recommend Chez Ping!

Enjoyed our stay

Property was as advertised -- it is bright and well-lit, very clean and nice homey-feel. There are 2-bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and dining area. One bedroom which we used overlooks the street with a nice teeny deck. We arrived a couple of hours late and had no way of getting in the property. Fortunately, the owner lives next door (note this is helpful info) in case this happens to you. Property is in a decent neighborhood and within walking distance to the metro. NOTE: there is a flight of stairs, rather steep to get into the house. This should be mentioned in the property description in case somebody with disability would want to rent it. Otherwise, we're happy we stayed. This was a good choice for us and the owner was very kind and responsive. Thanks Ping!

Lovely apartment

This apartment was home base for 6 days. It had everything we needed. Very close to the metro station. We took transit everywhere, it was so easy. Our host Ping was easy to contact, she responded very quickly to our messages. Overall a very good experience.

As listed and better

Ping's accommodations are excellent. She has everything you'll need. We were very pleased with her accommodations. Especially happy that a parking spot was always available. The apartment was exceptionally clean and scent fragrance free for anyone needing this. She is very mindful and uses healthier choices for cleaning and laundry. We will be back.
