Olivia, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. I do feel it’s important to provide a little clarification for our future guests. When you first arrived, you brought a few concerns to our attention, and I was quick to respond and do my best to help resolve them. Unfortunately, after that, we didn’t hear back from you, even after checking in to make sure everything was okay. There was also a concern regarding the lighting, and we offered to send someone out to take a look and address the issue, but unfortunately, we didn’t hear back regarding that either. I genuinely wish we had been able to communicate more and find a way to make your stay more enjoyable. We would have been more than happy to work with you and address the concerns while you were at the property. That being said, I truly appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, as it gives us the opportunity to correct them and improve the experience for future guests. For our future guests, please know that we are always here to listen and help. If there is anything during your stay that you feel needs to be looked at or addressed, no matter how big or small, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our goal is for you to enjoy your stay, and we are more than happy to do what we can to help. Olivia, thank you again for your feedback. I hope we have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide you with a better experience.
