Gullwing Vacation Condo 1102 offers a fabulously spacious, sunlight-filled, modern, 3 Bedroom/2 Bath island get-a-way spot where you are sure to make family memories that will have you returning year after year. Gullwing sits on 7 miles of sugar white sand and turquoise blue waters of the Gulf, where the sun is plentiful, the dolphins play, and the sunsets are world-famous.

The open concept living space is lined with wall to wall sliding glass doors that lead out to a huge, private screened in Lanai with gorgeous Gulf and island views. Comfortable furnishings and brand new large screen smart TV in the living room allows the entire family to enjoy a night in watching their favorite shows. (With the sleeper sofa, this vacation condo can sleep 8!) There's a FABULOUS wet bar perfect for entertaining friends with a wine fridge and bar stools for 3. A beautiful Dining table for 6 is the perfect setting for family and friends to share a meal. And the large, fully equipped galley Kitchen has all the necessary new appliances, cookware and dishware to make preparing those meals a breeze. There's even a breakfast bar - just the spot for quick snacks, enjoying take-out or relaxing with your morning cup of coffee. Every room in the living space enjoys spectacular views.

On opposite ends of the condo sit the Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom on one side, the Guest Bedrooms on the other. The lovely Master Bedroom En Suite has a King sized bed and enjoys its own new large flat screen smart TV, private access to the main Screened In Lanai, AND private access to its own separate Screened In Lanai with beautiful views of the Bay. The Master Bath has two separate, large granite topped vanities, a jacuzzi roman sized tub and a large tiled Walk In Shower.

The spacious and lovely First Guest Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, its own TV and its own private access to the main Screened In Lanai. The modern Guest Bath is right next door and features a beautifully tiled Walk In Shower. Sitting close by is the Second Guest Bedroom, welcoming you to a Queen sized bed, its own TV and its own private access to the main Screened In Lanai.

For your convenience, there's a laundry room just off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer; free wifi in the unit, building elevator, secured lobby and on site parking. PLEASE NOTE: On-site parking for one vehicle per rental unit.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.
