I would give this condo 1000 stars, if possible! Everything was absolutely perfect! The decor was spot on and the amenities were, by far, more than we expected. We stayed here for a week with our family of 6 and we had plenty of room. Peggy and Dave have thought of nearly everything you need for your stay. They are very communicative and lovely to interact with. We have rented other vacation places many times and this has been the absolute best! Definitely going to stay here again when we return to Ft. Myers! Zero disappointment!

3 bedroom/2 bathroom Condo close to the beach

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It is such a beautiful place. We had plenty of opportunities to get some rest and relaxation, and also enjoy many of the area’s activities and restaurants. The property owner was really great to work with and emailed a lot of suggestions to make our stay great!

Relaxing family vacation!

Great vacay!

This is a beautiful and very spacious condo! It was exactly as listed and Peggy was excellent about responding to any questions we had. The grounds are also beautiful and we enjoyed time at the pool. Traffic is challenging going north late afternoon, but we just planned ahead to make it work. It was spring break so we knew it would be busy. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything You Could Ever Want

Well appointed condo with everything you could ever want in a vacation condo! Our host Peggy was so easy to reach when we had questions. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great place close to the beach

This is a 5 star place to stay. Large 3 bedroom condo with plenty of room for kids and adults. Very quiet and relaxing - balcony overlooks a man made lake. Fully stocked, Peggy and Dave have thought of everything. Just across the street from the beach. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Fort Myers Beach.

Trip to Estero

Great condo and was everything they said. Loved it and was quiet area and very roomy. Owner was awesome. Location was a challenge for food so if you stay, you have to plan to eat mostly at condo. This is partly due to hurricane. Traffic can be crazy on the peninsula so 4 miles can go from 15 mins to 2 hours depending on the time of day.

Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful!

A beautiful property with wonderful amenities, steps away from a beautiful pool & spa, and a few more steps away from a beautiful beach with white sand and more shells than you can collect. Our host was perfectly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a low-stress and relaxing vacation! We will definitely be back...Thank you!

Peggy and David were wonderful and a pleasure to communicate with whenever we reached out to them. We were traveling with 4 children ranging from 8 years old to a 1 year old. The condo was perfect for families. There was even a pack-and-play and highchair. The unit was clean, spacious and very well stocked. Peggy and David provided toiletries and cleaning supplies as well as coffee and spices. We have traveled a lot and this condo was by far the best stocked condo we have stayed at. It made it so much easier to not worry about packing or purchasing extra items. The lanai was screened in so I had no worries about the children going on the lanai alone. There is a beautiful view of a small lake from the lanai that a had a fountain running in the center. A variety of water birds visited the lake daily which our children loved. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The appliances were all modern. Every kitchen item and utensil were provided which is rare. The private beach across the street was very relaxing and perfect for the children to play, swim and watch the dolphins, pelicans and incredible sunsets. Peggy and David provide a wagon for the short walk to the beach as well as a beach umbrella, cooler and beach toys for the children. We felt right at home on our vacation and can not wait to return. Although there were many options for accommodations in the area, we have no regrets with our decision. We can't wait to return.

Elevator issues

Very nice unit. However, the elevator has not been working for several years since the last hurricane, and that was not emphasized. We were on the third floor, so it was difficult getting our baggage up and down the stairs.

Excellent! Will recommend to family and friends!

We booked this condo a few days before Hurricane Ian hit Ft Myers Beach and area. We decided to go for the experience and give support to those businesses who needed it to get back on their feet. The condo was beautiful! The 3 huge bedrooms were a big plus! As a girls trip, this condo was the nicest that we have stayed in. It was so well stocked with everyone a person may need. We will recommend this condo to family and friends. It was not on the beach, but, a short walk and you were there. The owners were wonderful to communicate with, and overall a 5 star rating for everything! Even though the devastation in Ft Myers and the surrounding area make a person very emotional and sad to view and experience, it was great to see businesses opening and the rebuilding taking place. We hope to return in a few years to check out the progress as it is a beautiful area!

We LOVE Fort Myers Beach! We want to share our love for this place with you! We have 6 children and enjoy spending time in Paradise with them and our Grandchildren! The beach is right across the street or have some fun in our private pool. We pride ourselves in what we own and offer to you! Come ENJOY all there is to do in Fort Myers Beach! Some of our favs for dining is Flippers, Snug Harbor and Dixie Co. at Doc Fords for fresh seafood or a quick walk next door to Wahoo Willies for live music. Not to mention the dolphins swimming nearby.
