Based on the location, internet is spotty. A hotspot may be needed for uninterrupted connectivity.

HIKING TRAIL
The hiking trail to the creek is steep. Please use caution and wear proper footwear.

PET POLICY
Pets are considered, but we ask that you keep "4 on the floor"—no pets on furniture or bedding, please.
We typically allow one small to medium-sized dog (no vicious breeds).
There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
Pick up after them outside.

SUPPLIED AMENITIES
We provide freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests.
Paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap are also provided.
While there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, and other pantry items available, we cannot guarantee what will be stocked.
We do NOT supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.

HOUSE RULES
Guest Contract: A signed rental agreement is required prior to gaining access to the property.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Guest Capacity: Maximum of 6 adults plus their dependent children are allowed. This property is not for nuisance parties or unlawful gatherings.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Vendor Access: Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
