Welcome to The Rocky Mountain Sanctuary, a cozy and thoughtfully designed one-bedroom condo located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, in The Rockies Condominiums. Nestled on the first floor with convenient access to the free city bus route, this condo provides an effortless blend of comfort and mountain charm. Step inside to a spacious open layout, where the living area invites you to unwind with a full-size sleeper sofa, an additional armchair, and a large smart TV. Turn on the gas fireplace, watch the snow fall outside, and feel instantly at home in this recently renovated, stylish retreat.



Adjacent to the living room, the open kitchen and dining area provide a perfect space for dining and entertaining. The dining table seats four comfortably, with two extra bar stools at the large kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials like a crockpot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and tea kettle, giving you everything you need for home-cooked meals. The bedroom, just off the kitchen, is versatile and spacious, featuring a queen bed along with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, making it ideal for families or friends.



A stay at The Rocky Mountain Sanctuary includes access to the extensive community amenities. Unwind in the shared pool, take a dip in one of the two hot tubs, or grill up dinner at the community barbecue stations. In the summer, challenge friends to a friendly game of volleyball and soak up the stunning mountain views. Plus, with a location just two blocks from Gondola Square, the slopes and trails are within easy reach, making this a prime spot for both winter and summer adventures.



To make your stay seamless, a parking permit is provided at check-in, offering one parking space. With the bus stop right across the parking lot trips to downtown Steamboat Springs or the grocery store are easy and convenient. Like most mountain properties, this unit does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided to draw in the cool mountain breeze on summer nights. Coin-operated laundry is available in a nearby building for added convenience.

Getting Around:

Steamboat's Free bus, Purple line, stops 504 and 505 are at this property. To go to town or the mountain a transfer is needed, inform the driver of your goal and they will assist you in the transfer.
