Our condo is located just a short walk to Steamboat Ski Resort and right on the seasonal bus route. The condo is a comfortable 2 Bedroom | 2 Bathroom space that is perfect for couples, families, groups, and solo travelers. It has a year-round outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, volleyball court, and a clubhouse with ping-pong. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace after a day on the mountain. Wake up to the stunning views of the Steamboat ski hill and enjoy a cup of coffee on the private deck.

The space
Located on the 2nd story for some of the best views of Steamboat Ski Resort! The sun-soaked living room is furnished with a handsome leather sofa and love seat. Turn up the gas fireplace while you watch your favorite shows on the 55” flat-screen Samsung Smart TV.



KITCHEN & DINING



A full suite of stainless steel appliances makes meal prep simple in the kitchen. Whip up favorite dishes while your loved ones perch at the breakfast bar with seating for four.

 When it's time to eat, share a home-cooked meal at the six-person dining table or saddle up to the breakfast bar with seating for four. 



BEDROOMS & BATHS



This second-floor condo sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

 Both bedrooms have comfy queen-size beds, flat-screen TVs, and warm wood furnishings. The first guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the second has a jetted tub/shower combination.

We use a smart lock. We will send a unique lock code within 24 hours of your arrival.

Other things to note
There is a private ski locker just outside the front door for you to use during your stay. It will comfortably fit your skis, snowboards, and boots during your stay!

PLEASE NOTE:
For our summer guests- There is no A/C in the unit. The vast majority of condos, hotels, and homes in Steamboat do not have AC and it is typically not needed. We have supplied numerous fans in the unit.

Lastly, per the HOA only ONE parking spot is given for each unit.
NO pets are allowed except for full-time residents.
NO smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit or on the balcony.

Please treat our home as you would your own and kindly remove your shoes and ski boots before entering the unit.

The host communicated very well to my questions and provided several suggestions. The condo was convenient to Gondola Square (a 10 min walk from the unit). It was clean, had all of the amenities needed including two hot tubs and heated pool for relaxing after a day of skiiing. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place for a fun ski weekend.

Perfect location to the mountain and just the right size for our group of 6 friends. The place had everything we needed and was nice, cozy and clean.

Great place!

This place was great for having a spot close to skiing. It was only a short walk (uphill) to the ski zone and is right by the bus pickup locations. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a gem of a place!

We stayed at this condo and loved it! The place is updated and the location is perfect. We hopped on the shuttle, a very short walk from the condo, to ski and it was so convenient. We have three teens and they had a great time.

Enjoyable mountain stay

I had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The place was impeccably clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone. The proximity to the mountain was a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient for our outdoor activities. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would definitely recommend to others.

Cozy stay in Steamboat Springs

Clean & Cozy

Clean, quiet, had all necessities we needed and more!

Cozy and clean ski condo

We had a wonderful and memorable time at this convenient, clean, and very comfortable condo.. the layout was perfect for our family. We were close to the ski mountain and used the hot tubs every day! The owner was quick to respond to a question, too. We would absolutely stay here again!

Girls birthday weekend.

Was an awesome trip. Only down fall was they were painting the outside of the building which really limited our porch. Otherwise it was a spectacular place to stay. Would definitely book again.

Convenient location for ski resort fun!

The property was very clean and had all the amenities for a home away from home. The condo complex has a large parking lot, which is hard to find at other condos in that area. The host was very responsive to our messages when we had a question come up. I would recommend this property for families and friends looking for easy access to Steamboat Ski Resort.

Wonderful family trip!

My family of 4 fit perfectly in the condo with room to spare! This condo is VERY conveniently located to town and the bus was a quick ride to the base. Besides skiing, the kids favorite part of the trip was the outdoor heated pool and hot tub that was located just right next door to the condo! The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be coming here again!

Terrific Steamboat Condo

This condo is in a fantastic location with an easy bus pickup location just south of the complex, less than a block away. Communication with the owners was excellent. There is a large ski locker with this unit.

Lovely Landing

This was the perfect landing place for our fall adventures in Steamboat. It's incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, dining room table and living room. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching passerbys. The place has great and easy access to both the skill hill and downtown. Our adventures included fly-fishing; hot springs; Fish Creek Falls; yummy food and leaf peeping.

Great location and value., exceptionally clean

When we come to Steamboat we have always stayed at a Marriott property, since we are in that club. Not again. We stumbled across this property on VRBO and couldn’t be happier. Very easy to book with Katie . She couldn’t have been more accommodating. Love the location and cleanliness of this property. The condo is well supplied with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Easy to get back and forth to the Mountain. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Spring Break Trip

We had a wonderful Spring Break trip (including two young boys). The kitchen is very well stocked (we ate almost all our meals there) and the layout is convenient to having young children go to bed early with bedrooms down the hall. Bathrooms were updated. We used the shuttle to ski as the walk is a bit far with gear. It arrives every 20 min and picks up a few steps from the property. Hot tub and pool were working well and a definite must after skiing. Comfy and convenient, nice view

This is comfy condo with all the amenities you need. It's on the shuttle route to the base - that comes every 20 mins. There is a walking path too but we never took it - might be easier if you know where you're going or not carrying gear as it is uphill. The furniture was good. Nice view of the mountain from the family room. Communication with the owner was excellent. Easy check-in. Watchout: parking lot is downhill/uphill so make sure your car has good tires for snowy days.

Very nice, well stocked, 10 minute walk up hill to slopes

We enjoyed the location. There is a public bus stop for the purple line, but we didn’t use it. It was easier just to walk up the hill to go skiing. The kitchen is really nice and equipped well, including things like a crock pot, coffee grinder and Keurig/drip coffee maker, blender, spices, etc. It is apparent that the owners take pride in their unit. You really can’t ask for anything more. We had Christmas away from home for the first time and this condo was perfect. Large dining table was great for having other family members over for dinner. Nice hot tubs and pool. I think they must take the grills in for winter. So no grilling at the condo if that is your thing. A grill is about the only thing that could have made this better, but nothing the owners could do about this. I highly recommend this unit.

Thank you for checking out our mountain getaway! We are native Coloradans who have grown up loving everything that our great state provides. From hiking and biking in the summer to skiing and snowboarding in the winter, we love to be outside. We have been visiting Steamboat since we were kids and now that we have 2 young daughters of our own, we wanted them to experience our favorite place to get away to. Steamboat Springs truly is the perfect escape for us and we love being able to enjoy all of this wonderful mountain town's amenities. We live in Denver, so the drive is perfect to really feel like we are getting away from it all, but still close enough to go up for the weekend. We look forward to hosting you in our mountain escape and hope you enjoy your time in Steamboat as much as we do.

The moment we walked into this condo we felt like we were home. The view from the balcony allows us to look up at our favorite ski resort and enjoy the fireworks with our daughters. The fact that we can walk to the slopes and still have the view truly made this condo seem like the perfect fit for us.

Walking distance to the slopes and on the free bus route, so there are an abundance of ways to get to the mountain without taking your car. Two hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool that are open year round. In-unit washer and dryer. Gas fireplace to stay cozy on snowy days!
