Lay down relax and suntan by the pool. this modern, spacious, open floor plan ,with full air conditioning/ heating. Family room to relax in over looking open concept kitchen. kitchen has separate eating area with sliding doors to outside heated pool area. kitchen is fully equipped with all upgrade appliances, including fridge, stove,
dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster,lot of dish,pots and pans and utensils. family room has tv with full cable package. eating area has sliding doors that bring you to our private pool area with it own tv and eating area. floor plan with 2 private bedrooms with it own bathroom that has door to pool area. laundry room includes washer and dryer.

Very nice. Had a great time. Somethingā€™s need updating and owner told us about them. Would have liked an additional roll of paper towels Some of the washcloths were dirty but overall a great stay with a great location. Thank you

Enjoyable stay

Showed up and the whole house had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Loved the property especially the pool would definitely stay at this house again, the whole family loved it and had a blast even in the middle of hurricane Debby.

GEM in Spring Hill

This is a GREAT house to rent in the town to Spring Hill. House comes with a pool and is near to many restaurants, shipping center, etc. Host is wonderful, very attentive. Will highly recommend this rental to all my friends and family when visiting Spring Hill.

Great place to vacation

Property was very clean and quiet. Had a problem with the pool pump not working. Ritchie replaced it it two days. No complaints and have already booked for next year.

Hassle-Free Stay

This home and owner where perfect for us. The owner meets you personally to ensure your questions are answered and you have what you need. For us, he replaced the propane for the grill and, a TV that went on the fritz. We had plenty of space, seating and kitchen supplies and, the neighborhood was quiet most evenings. Check in and out was a breeze and, we were most thankful for that. Thanks, again, Richie, for letting us stay in your home!

Family vacation during the 4th

We stayed for an entire week. Place was clean, everything as described. The owner was more than helpful, extremely quick to respomd when i needed anything. Pool was lovely, beds were very soft and comfy. When i originally read reviews i was leery because 2 of the prior reviews werent real great but we had no problems w any types of pest of any kind during our stay and i would absolutely recommend this place for family stays as he was a very nice and very helpful gentlemen to deal with and the home was perfect for our needs.

Absolutely Perfect!

The pictures really donā€™t do this property itā€™s justice. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The patio is perfect, as it separates you from the pool area and provides lots of shade and covering, while still being in view of the pool. This house had everything that was needed. The host was polite, helpful, and very attentive. He even offered to bring us more propane for the bbq grill if we ever ran out! We make a trip to Spring Hill once a year and we will ABSOLUTELY, WITHOUT QUESTION, book this property again. Thank you, Richie for allowing us to stay. We only wished that our visit lasted longer.

The bed in the master was terrible springs felt and if you lay on either end to sleep you take the chance of falling off. Both showers once the water went on you slipped from all the soap on The floors. The house was musty smelling would I stay here again, no.

House is a work in progress. Shower in ensuite had just been done but not the necessary redecoration. We had issues with the lack of cleaning in the kitchen (elsewhere okay). Resolved by manager once pointed out. Beds okay but springs very squeaky so hubby and I used two rooms. Broken glass shelf in hallway is dangerous, pointed out but not removed. It was too cold to use the pool so cannot comment but deck area good and very sheltered. Interior is very dark, perhaps a good thing in very hot weather but a bit depressing in January. Big TV has been installed (different from the pic when we booked) and very good wifi. Close to shops and restaurants etc.

Almost Perfect

House and area was good, house was clean and well kept, and only had two issues for our two week stay. Like the other VRBO rentals we had in the past, the 'beds' thus the 'mattresses' were cheap and non-supportive. They were below standard 'spring' type which left all of us with sore backs and bodies and restless nights sleep. They need to be replaced with good 'firm' mattresses. The loss of sleep for the 2 week stay is why I gave it a lessor rating, that and the grille which wasn't cleaned for quite some time. The mattresses in these VRBO rentals are why we won't use this service again. Other than this is really was a good place to stay. Dave, NJ / 7-24
