TWO BEDROOM HEATED POOL HOME - FREE CABLE AND WI-FI

This one-story house features a well equipped kitchen with dining for two and a desk for your computer, etc to hook up to free wi-fi and internet.The two spacious, private bedrooms with baths are separated by a tastefully furnished great room/dining area and a modern kitchen with laminate flooring. The dining area accommodates six people. The bedroom to the right of the great room has a king bed with pillow-top mattress, a large dresser, walk-in closet, linen closet with extra sheets and blankets and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and tiled shower. The bedroom to the left of the great room and kitchen has a queen bed, dresser, desk, walk-in closet and an outdoor sitting room perfect for curling up with a good book. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination with fully stocked linen closet. Both bedrooms have access to the fully enclosed, screened lanai and private, in-ground pool. The backyard and gardens have a wood, privacy fence on all four sides offering totally privacy for swimming in the pool, lounging and sunning by the pool with a book in one of five chaises or just stargazing after dark. The lanai, within the screened enclosure, is furnished for outdoor living and dining. The house is situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is great for walking. We have recently installed a pool heater and the pool deck has been recently painted for your enjoyment. Cost of heated pool: $35.00 per week.

The house is situated within driving distance to Tampa/Busch Gardens/ International Mall/Lowery Park Zoo/ Hard Rock Casino/Adventure Island Water Park (45 miles), Orlando/Disney World (90 miles) and the Gulf coast beaches. The newly opened Sun West Beach and Water Park is only 10 miles away as is Pine Island Beach & Park. Homossassa Springs Wildlife Park is 30 miles away and features a boat ride, alligators, manatees, flamingos and more. The Casino Cruise from Port Ritchey, is 15 miles away. Clearwater Beaches/Aquarium is about 90 minutes away.

If you're going to Pine Island Park (great sunsets), the Bayport Inn is one of our favorite restaurants. We also love Sam's at Hudson Beach for the food and sunsets on a warm evening. And we like Cody's Roadhouse for happy hour and their bottomless salad.
