Stylish Lakefront Villa with South Facing Pool. A short drive to fine beaches.

Hello.
My name is Pauline. My husband Howard and I purchased our lovely villa nearly 20 years ago. We have spent a great deal of time making it a colourful and comfortable home to try to ensure that our guests will always have an enjoyable stay in this wonderful location.
We love the home and the local area and try to visit twice year to enjoy visiting the many towns and beaches nearby such as Siesta Key and the fabulous Anna Maria Island.
We live in the UK in the north of the country in an area called the Lake District where I work for a cottage rental company and my husband renovates period properties for a living.
We have made many friends during our ownership of Little Palms Villa, and are pleased to have many repeat bookings from guests who stay there, some returning year after year.

Our villa has all of the amenities that any guest would need for a comfortable, trouble free stay on the Gulf Coast. We have a fine management company who look after the home in our absence, and guests are constantly remarking on how clean and well maintained Little Palms Villa is. We have televisions in most rooms, a Bose sound system connected to the one in the in the main living room and radios and sound systems throughout the home. Our fully equipped kitchen means that the occasional evening at home is a must, with dining areas in the kitchen, dining room and outside on the tiled patio area beside the pool. We provide a regularly replaced gas BBQ at no charge to guests (including gas). There are five sun loungers beside the heated pool which has underwater lighting to enable evening swimming and is under a lanai screen.
Fully air-conditioned, the home is a great base for families or even couples to spend time in comfort while exploring the great facilities in the locality. These include the pure quartz sandy beach and town of Siesta Key, the stylish city of Sarasota ( both reached within half an hours drive of Sabal Harbour) and the beautiful Anna Maria Island with its quaint 'Key West' feel and miles of clean beaches.
