Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations. Cleanliness and comfort are top priorities for us, and it's clear from your comments that we fell short during your stay. We truly sorry to hear about the condition of the home upon your arrival—especially the issues with insects, mold, and the pool. These are unacceptable oversights, and we are taking your feedback seriously. We’ve already addressed this with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure that these concerns are not repeated for future guests. Regarding the bunk beds and overall comfort of the home, we’re currently assessing the furniture for repairs or replacements where necessary. Your comments help us identify what needs immediate attention. While we understand this doesn’t change your experience, we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future. If so, please reach out directly—we’d love the chance to make it right and provide you with the stay you expected and deserve.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. It seems that you were looking on the concierge page in our orange book that allows you to rent and book other services that do not come with the property itself. We do apologize for the confusion. This home gets the umbrella and chair service daily that is set up by 10 and taken down after 5 pm and it is located at the beach access 0.3 miles away. The chairs and umbrellas are blue with a KEES logo on them. We hope this clarifies the confusion and hope to host you again. Best wishes, KEES Vacations

Hello Beth, Thank you for providing us with some feedback. We did create a work order on your behalf for the items mentioned. We are glad to hear that you had a great vacation and hope to host you again soon! Best wishes, KEES Vacations
