Beach-town is a new build in a perfect location between the beach and the lovely town of Duck, recently voted one of the top southern beach destinations. Beach-Town is a 6-bedroom rental with outstanding amenities. A short walk to the beach and a short walk to the center of Duck makes "Beach Town" a perfect property for your next vacation. 5 King bedrooms each with a private bath and the 6th room will be a well-appointed full-over-full double bunk set (4 full beds) also with a private bath (easily sleeps 14 adults or 10 adults and 8 kids). The kitchen and living area are perfect for a large family or a group of friends. The pool and hot tub with a game room make the home perfect. Enjoy shuffleboard, foosball, cornhole, outside ping-pong, or simply lounge at the pool after a day at the beach You will enjoy this property as much as you will enjoy being on the beach or visiting the many activities within the town of Duck. With 8 TVs, each with their own Apple TV device, you will be ready to stream any of your favorite entertainment on your days off. All of our homes are equipped with wifi, however, due to the nature of our area we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hot spot or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
