Reviewer Comments: the outstanding feature of our unit was the terrace which was located on the east side of the building facing the wooded areas and the mountains. We loved the sunrises as well as the dusk. The bird life was captivating and we had two Bobcat sightings as well as a strolling javalina.

Love the mountain view!

A great foothills location. Close to Sabino Canyon, and a few stores nearby will have essentials. You won't fit many people into the cozy kitchen but that's rarely a problem.

Wonderful foothills stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rear patio is so peaceful with a great view. Wildlife frequently spotted below. This condo has especially nice southwestern furnishings and is kept very clean. Only drawbacks are that you've got to climb some stairs, and the kitchen is small.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was satisfactory. The first only suggestion is that at night the building and parking spaces were hard to find as they were not lit.

A real gem!

We have stayed in various units in The Greens over the last decade and this was our favorite. Decorated to our tastes and equipped with all the basics. Appreciated the dimmer switches on the lighting.

Fantastic Condo!

The condo was exactly as represented. Others have said this, but the condo was amazingly clean. The view from the back patio, living room and master bedroom are amazing. The neighborhood is super private and quiet. We really appreciated the extras like pool towels, crock pot, binoculars, and laundry soap. Proximity to Sabino Canyon is another huge bonus. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was finding the condo, but that was because we arrived after dark. I would recommend this condo to everyone.

The unit is spotless and well equiped with so many amenities! The view is spectatular. Spectrum was once again very quick to respond to any questions or issues (only issue was the coffee pot stopped working and they brought us a replacement). I would highly recommend this unit. It is comfortable and so convenient to so many places and restaurants in Tucson.

A wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were rather worried being from the UK about the whole rental experience through a third party but it turned out to be needless. Spectrum were very easy to get along with and made the whole process go very smoothly. The condo was wonderful, very clean and fresh, with everything you needed supplied and more. The owners obviously had taken great care in furnishing the condo plus binoculars and all manner of local and naturist books were available too. The views from the picture windows of the mountains was just breath taking as your eyes were just drawn to the views on entering the condo. The pool was very pretty and found it to be not very heavily used so had the pool area to ourselves some times. Water lovely and warm too. The balcony was great to sit out on and take in the views and watch the golfers on the course yards away but proved rather hot as the weather was rather warm. Although we did have fun one day as we had heavy rain and it was fascinating sitting on the balcony watching the clouds coming down and obliterating the mountains and the heavy rain bouncing off the patio. We had a problem with one of the window blinds and a spotlight had dropped from the ceiling so went to the Spectrum office in the morning to report it. By the time we had got back from the pool later that afternoon both blind and light had been fixed. Great service by Spectrum there plus they were a pleasure to finally meet. We ate in every day as it was so easy to do so as Bashas were only minutes away and had everything we needed. Although there were restaurants in the Bashas shopping complex. We had a few trips out including Mount Lemmon which was a very scenic drive but mostly had a lazy week as we were so comfortable in the condo! A pity we did not stay for longer as it was hard to drag ourselves away. We will certainly be back and recommend Spectrum as they provided an excellent service.

A Wonderful Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a condo at The Greens for the month of July 2024 and couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience. The condo was impeccably clean upon our arrival and came with everything we needed for a comfortable and most enjoyable stay. The place was decorated throughout in an artsy Southwestern style, making it easy for us to feel at home in the Sonoran Desert (we live in Ireland). Our favourite thing to do was to sit on the balcony facing the magnificent Catalina mountain range and experience the most amazing wildlife and weather events up close, especially during the morning and evening hours. The location was perfect for us, not only quiet and beautiful but also very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Jeanine at Spectrum Real Estate was extremely helpful in making our time in Tucson a memorable one. We have now rented a condo in three different locations in the Foothills and this was our best experience by far. We hope to return and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful vacation spot in the Catalina Foothills.

Excellent stay

Property is just as described. Clean, welcoming, homey. Small touches make the difference, book collection, Kleenex placed, amazon Alexa, Keurig machine binoculars, it actually feels like you’re visiting a relatives home. I stayed for 30 days and hated to move to another unit. The view tops it off, beautiful mountain view. I would definitely stay again. The only mishap I had was being given an incorrect code for key box resulting in me sitting outside until I received the correct code.

Arizona Christmas

The condo was beautiful, the location didn't hurt. We hiked almost every day in Sabino Canyon. It was great to spend time outside. A couple things could have been helpful There were only two facial clothes in the condo, so we had to purchase a couple. There is no rolling pin in the kitchen, and we also had to purchase some kitchen wash clothes. These were minor issues, maybe affected because of the length of our stay. But we have no issues, as you can see, with the condo or the location. It was exactly what the doctor order for both of us.

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, clean condo, excellent amenities and the views were beautiful from the deck. We enjoyed the restaurants closeby especiall Gavi and Commoner and Co. We also enjoyed some wonderful hikes including the Sabino Canyon hike in close proximity to the condo. The hike up Pima Canyon was also a good one along with hiking in Saguaro National Monument East. We also took a drive to Tubac and Madera Canyon which are both neat areas to visit.
