Stunning - INSIDE AND OUT!!!! Beautiful Inside and Views of the Catalinas! Condo decor is top of the line with MANY personal touches including each painting throughout the condo!!! Go on the balcony and enjoy the BREATH TAKING views of the Catalina's.
Kitchen is upgraded with stainless steel appliances and top of the line kitchenware. Condo is tile throughout with leather furniture in the living room, dining table for 6 with bedrooms equipped to sleep 1 couple or 2 singles in each room. Picture windows add to the open feel of the condo with high ceilings and upper windows to add more light. Step onto the private balcony and be swept away by the perfect views of the Catalina Mountains. Enjoy the wildlife as you start or end a perfect day in this condo!

Great Place

Wonderful location. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Great hiking spots nearby. Condo was well furnished with necessities.

We love the second floor. We love the view on the east side. We love having two bedrooms to spread out our stuff. And, as usual, it was very nicely prepared. Thanks much. We will be back.

Amazing views, comfortable furnishings. Oh, experienced a squadron of javelinas strolling by... babys and all just below the porch, next day was a bobcat hunting in the mesquites... Truly magical.

Beautiful property and the views did not disappoint!

It's a beautiful property and the views did not disappoint! The property was as advertised photos and all. The setting was peaceful and while close to shopping, I felt that I was far removed and in the country. My only complaint is a minor one. I wish that the central air was a little quieter. It was in the upper 90s and low 100s during my stay and the system was effective at keeping the place cool. I would recommend this property without hesitation. If I ever make it back to Tucson for an extended stay or long weekend it would be a first choice for accomodations.

Catalina Retreat

Loved the location and daily hikes in nearby Sabino Canyon. Layout of condo worked well for the three of us. Would suggest a thorough cleaning of the property, however.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The key to this condo is its view of the Catalinas and close proximity to a wash with its wildlife. The unit is laid out well, well maintained, the amenities are good. The linens in the master need upgrading. The owner's paintings are hung throughout which can be a plus or minus depending on your taste. The management is 5 star and the people on site are friendly.

The owners paintings, which decorate the apartment, are a matter of personal taste. The management is first rate and a draw for renting in The Greens. The master mattress and linens need to be upgraded. People are friendly. Close to Sabino Canyon.

Our Stay in Tuson

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was very handy, and the view was lovely. We feel that the annual increases in rental rate that have occured yearly now make the unit not worth the price, especially since nothing in the way of improvements has been done over the years.
