TLDR; beautiful space, no peaceful mornings, broken amenitiesCons: Loud construction banging at 7am daily (including Saturday), thin walls that you can feel the vibrations and noise in adjacent rooms!! Maintenance team onsite almost daily for plumbing troubles, no hot water in 1 shower mid-week, gas refill, repair locks, etc. On night 1, our bedroom door locked from the inside. We were trapped at midnight until 2am while waiting for repair. Repair team came the next day and spent hours, w/ no success. Next, the front door lock was reinstalled but we were given the wrong new code, locked out again at 11p (resolved in 10min). No hair dryer. Someone got a splinter on floor. Smells in bathroom/outside stairway. Dryer broken. Construction workers next door could have easily entered our space so we were never at ease with our belongings.Pro: Location convenient to attractions. A block from supermarket. Space was gorgeous and perfect for our group of 10. Comfy beds. Daniela was a very communicative host and refilled some supplies when requested. She also accompanied all maintenance work for security purposes. Small outdoor gym.Despite the communicative management, the inconveniences soured our stay.
