About this space
This fully remodeled studio apartment has everything you need at a great price. Best Value. "This is a small but comfortable studio apartment, located in Santa Teresita in quiet Cacique street 3 blocks away from the beach and, only 10 minutes from the airport. The apartment has a king size bed ,250 mbps wireless internet, AC, a private bathroom, and free street parking subject to availability. We offer a coin-operated washer/dryer.
The space
Beach House, we have 10 apartments all independent and with separate entrances. Each unit has a small kitchenette, bathroom, AC, and smart TV and we offer free street parking subject to availability.
The property also has a terrace that guests can share.
We have a washer and dryer coin-operated in the building for your convenience. If you need $0.25 coins please contact us and we can exchange bills for coins for you. The washer cost $3.00 and the dryer cost $3.00 per load.
The area is safe, and close to the beach and the airport. All Secure keyless entrances.
Guest access
Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You can relax and enjoy all the amenities provided during your stay. The apartment is private, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay.

In addition to the apartment, guests are welcome to use the communal terrace located at the back of the property, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding after a day at the beach.

For your convenience, coin-operated washer and dryer facilities are on-site, available for guest use at $3 each.

Guests can enjoy the ease of keyless entry for self-check-in, allowing for flexible arrival times and a hassle-free experience.

Parking is available on the street, with spaces typically easy to find.

We strive to provide top-notch service and amenities to ensure our guests feel at home while staying at our properties. All of our rentals are equipped with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide one bath towel and one beach/pool towel for each guest. Our properties typically include at least two beach chairs for your convenience.

To make the start of your vacation as comfortable as possible, we offer a set of disposable amenities. Each bathroom comes with 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos, and we also provide three garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. You'll also find one dish soap and one dish sponge. As you know, guests are responsible for purchasing their laundry detergent. These amenities are meant to get you started, and you are responsible for stocking up on any additional items needed for your stay.

This property does not have a power backup generator. In case of a utility company outage, no refunds will be issued, as this is beyond our control.

**Extra Amenities:**
- **Stroller**: Available upon request at no additional charge.

**Parking:**
Parking inside the property is subject to availability, but there is plenty of free street parking nearby.

**Beach Essentials:**
Beach chairs are stored in the storage room at the entrance. You can access them using the code **7171#**. Snorkeling equipment is also available.

**Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:**
We offer the option of late check-out at $20 per hour, allowing you to extend your stay from the standard check-out time of 11 AM to 2 PM. For extensions beyond 2 PM, an extra full day’s rate will be charged.

Please check in** before you arrive (subject to availability) and **late check out** before 11 AM on the day you leave. If you need additional flexibility, you can extend your reservation by adding another day at a discounted rate.

Never got to stay

At first the property manager was very responsive but when we realized no entry codes were given, we didn’t hear back for over 24 hours. We called, texted, and messaged and VRBO did as well. We had informed him when we would be in, so it was not due to him not being aware when we were to be at the property. We had to find different accommodations at 11pm the day of check in since we could not access the property. We did not hear from the property manager until the next evening. Thankfully VRBO helped us find a hotel in San Juan, otherwise I am not sure what we would have done.

Left Stranded

I was never given the entrance information. I still went to the property, wishful, hoping that their was someone on site that could let me in. Vrbo attempted to get in touch with the owner as well. Thankfully Vrbo was able to find accomidations for one night of my 4 night stay, almost 1 hr away, causing additional travel expenses.Just to be clear, before.my flight left at 730 am I contacted the owner and was told I would get the entrance information at 3pm. I sent another message when I landed and thats when all communication stopped.The owner sent a message the next morning just to say my apologies... Nothing more, mothing less and I still had to find somewhere else to stay after the one night from Vrbo.
