Please respect our space: makeup stains on towels will incur a $15 fee per towel .

Shake off sand before returning from the beach to keep the space clean .

Lost keys will require a $100 replacement fee.

We ask that you keep the door closed when using the air conditioning .

Late check-out beyond your scheduled time may result in an additional night’s charge.
