Welcome to your lakefront getaway on beautiful Canyon Lake! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits directly on the water and offers breathtaking sunset views every evening. With spacious outdoor areas—including an upper deck and lower patio—this is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and make lasting memories with family and friends.

Grill out on the charcoal grill while watching the sun dip below the hills, or enjoy the peaceful Hill Country setting with a drink in hand. Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home, including central AC and heat, digital cable TV, and free high-speed WiFi. Pets are welcome too, so feel free to bring your four-legged family members!

Nature lovers will enjoy the frequent visits from white-tailed deer, roadrunners, foxes, and other native wildlife. Canyon Lake is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country—rolling hills, live oaks, limestone cliffs, and clean, fresh air.

Great stay

Family vacation

Great little place with water acess!

Perfect little house with great outdoor space upstairs and downstairs to enjoy the water views. There are lots of houses with great views in canyon lake, but this has direct access to the water, which is amazing. They allows pets and made the place a perfect weekend getaway for a family with a dog. Communication was great with both owners on check in and out. We would definitely stay here again.

Patty and Craig's lake house was the perfect place for a long weekend with 2 grown sons and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house, a fenced in yard for the dogs, and a short hike to the lake where we spent most every morning and late afternoon. The balcony is the perfect place for breakfast as well as watching the beautiful sunsets. We'll definitely be coming back!

Perfect Spot on the lake.

This place has the best sunset on the lake. It did rain most of the time we were there and can make it hard getting down to the water but worth it. My kids loved it!

This is a true gem! The views of the lake from the property are amazingly stunning. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs to run around and stretch their legs. It was very comfortable, spotless and had all the conveniences available (the washer and dryer were a huge plus!). Contact with the owners was special; they took the time to give us every little detail about the property and the surroundings. The neighbors are like a family; we got invited to a Louisiana type boil and the whole neghborhood was there having a good time.

Lakeside stay

Patty was an amazing host. She checked on us multiple times during our stay and was always available if we had any questions. The house was great for watching the sunset over the lake. It was conveniently located and the deer were a treat to see each day. Getting down to the water was a bit tricky with the lake still being low but we figured it out and my dog had so much fun getting to swim and fetch every day!

Cozy Lake House

Cozy lake house. Access to Canyon Lake is a walk but we loved we could explore along the way. Fished most of the time. Comfy beds and the nice sunsets were a plus. Carpet all throughout was a bit overwhelming for us due to some allergies but we managed. Enjoyed our stay .

Great Stay!

This house was very accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the deck with water view, as well as the easy access to the lake (less than a 100 yds to the shore). The kitchen had everything we needed, and a charcoal grill was available as well. Patty was great to deal with and helped to make everything happen that we asked for. Definitely recommend!!!!

Lakefront

Truly lakefront. We have stayed other places that say they are waterfront, riverfront, or lakefront, and they have no access to the actual water. This property has steps straight to the lake. We enjoyed the stay as a family.

As a husband and wife team, Craig and I do our best to make your stay at Canyon Lake as relaxing as possible. I have been coming to Canyon Lake all my life, since I was born in 1967 as my father worked there before the lake was a lake! Some of my most fond memories are of my siblings and me with my parents, having picnics on the shore, and eventually bringing our own children to the lake for holidays. Craig and I have shared many memories on the lake since we met in 1989, and we hope to bring that same joy to you!

As parents of six great kids (ages 19-29), we try to keep our lake homes as "kid friendly" as possible. 29 years of raising children has made us experts at rolling with the punches, and we are always here to assist your stay in any way! We are happy to answer all of your questions about our lake house and the area. I hope you'll contact us today.
