The main level includes an open concept kitchen, living and dining area, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The second level of the home offers a bedroom with queen bed and twin size roll away bed, a bedroom with king bed, and an additional sleeping area with 2 twin beds and a half bath. Outside you will find a Juliet balcony as well as an ample size deck equipped with a propane grill and a good size sized fire pit that's just begging to have s’mores roasted over it! 5 beautiful beaches are only minutes away and Silver Lake is only a few miles down the road! The local mountains like King Pine, Cranmore and Attitash are about 15 – 25 minutes from this great house!

SECOND LEVEL: Bedroom with queen bed and twin size roll away bed, bedroom with king bed, area with 2 twin beds and half bath.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cable TV, internet, wood stove, 3 window Air Conditioners (summer only), pool table w/ interchangeable ping pong top, Foosball table & dart board (in basement), standard coffee maker and Keurig, 2 person canoe, gas grill and fire pit - FIRE PERMIT REQUIRED.

AVAILABLE: Weekend and weekly rentals during the spring, summer, fall and winter.
